E per finire rapporto qualità/prezzo straordinario. Cosa aggiungere? Provate ad assaggiare sia il menù di carne, ma anche quello di mare con pesce freschissimo della Liguria. Se il mare arriva a Gavi, se il tartufo non ha bisogno di presentazioni, se la carne é un altro mondo. Se se se..non volete perdervi un bel momento, cogliete l'attimo. In fondo, bisogna pur peccare, per vivere. Peccati di gola, s'intende."

"after long absence we come for a musical apericena (guest the great Christian godano! Unfortunately for a hitch our reservation, made with good advance via facebook has not been recorded but they immediately remedy and they make us immediately sit at a coffee table in the outdoor veranda. resolution voting problems the courses served in the aperitif are tasteful but very gouty and well presented, the wine of the company Fontanasse really good. despite the multitude of reservations staff are very distracted and the service is fast and always extremely kind (although in some tables near us the requests for changes to the menu, are continuous and insistent. ) if the portions were a little richer, it would be said that as a vote they deserve and that they can certainly aim to improve. the after musical aperitif with interview is very pleasant. the location is well-kept and welcoming in a beautiful nature. really brave to dare events like this and we definitely recommend everyone to go if interested in the guests of the coming weeks. Good guys keep going like this. We'll come back for a nice dinner during the fall."

"Aperto il primo novembre nello storico Palazzo Candia, dove prima c'era il pub Duchi di Windsor Patron Roberto Tum Ghio, viticoltore di Bosio. Comodo parcheggio nella vicina piazza Dante Alighieri. Nel vicoletto il dehors con coperti; appena entrati la saletta con due tavolini, a sinistra la zona bar, di fronte la sala con volta con mattoni a vista e a destra la sala col soffitto con travi di legno, entrambe con coperti. Chef Daniele Bavastro e Franco Oddone, questa sera presente il primo; in sala Letizia e Simone Grosso. Piacevolissima musica jazz in sottofondo; la cena:Vino Spumante Ros La Canna e l'Orzo az. Ghio Roberto.Benvenuto dalla Cucina sformato di tonno e verdure con chicchi d'uva Cortese della vendemmia.Primi corzetti novesi con tradizionale pesto di maggiorana gnocchi con pesto al mortaio.Secondi trippa accomodata brandacujun nei due modi.Dessert coppa al metodo (zabaione, Spumante Ros metodo classico, pasta frolla sbriciolata, coulis di lamponi) mattone piemontese.Caff a chiudere.La carta dei vini presenta etichette, ampia scelta al calice. "The name suggests to be a wine bar with accompanying bruschette and other appetizers. We were disappointed to see only bruschette and a small pasta and meat/secondo menu. Also there are very few wines by the glass. We had wanted to try different wines and lots of small plates with appetizers and such. The wine list is extensive and most are below €15. As most are by the bottle only we started with a nice prosecco, a Gavi with one of our bruschette and then a bottle of Barbera Monferrato €13). The bruschette Classico, onions/goat cheese, Gorgonzola/walnuts/honey) were very tasty, but they were quite pricey. Also we did need to order something else to finish our bottle of wine with as well as to complete the meal. The pasta wasn't very interesting and even though there was only one table occupied at that time the steak fillet was finished. Since the tartare battuta di fassone) was plain, served with nothing else, we didn't want that and could choose between a goat cheese salad or vitello tonnato. Or additional bruschette but we didn't find many more on the menu that we were interested in. Finally we had a small dessert and a coffee. We were very surprised to have to pay €95 of which we could calculate €23 bruschette, €20 vitello, €13 bottle of wine. The day before we had a 4 course meal with a €32 bottle of Barolo and paid €102. The receipt showed dolce was €6, coperto €2, wines by the glass €4, coffee €1,50. It all added up to €95 but that just wasn't worth it. It wasn't that great. The service was very friendly though and the place looks really nice. All in all we had a nice evening but were shocked by the total price in the end, especially compared to the day before at Gavi's #1 restaurant on Tripadvisor."
