I have eaten by this Chinese and the sister a very friendly staff and great food in mersea for the last 30 years and still some of the same staff 30 years ago love to take away this

Have used Tins Willows Takeaway for years, the range and quality of food is the best in Colchester. I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone who enjoys superb Chinese food.

obviously think that they have so many customers that they do not care about customer service. ordered food came cold and tasteless. fresh veg for dessert pancakes was clearly seated in the foil dish for too long not freshly prepared. call up owner was very...rude and not helpful would never use or recommend

the service here is absolutely beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful and helped me decide what I want to try. that was extraordinary and I really enjoyed it and I got it very fast. the amount and quality of the food I got for the price I paid it was worth it and was a lot for me and my partner and will definitely order again. Normally tins is amazing they have super friendly staff the food is always quick and hot good portion size and there prices are very reasonable . I would normally always recommend but yesterday i got a takeaway and it was dreadfull. My pancake roll tasted like vinegar. It was so bitter. My partner got the sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style and that was not good The chicken was rock hard. The Plain noodles we ordered were rock solid and the noodles in the edges of the metal tray were crispy like they had been microwaved and My beef and mushrooms were tasteless. But special chow mein and special fried rice were on point. Im not sure if I just picked an off day as they are normally amazing...

A truly great take away... produce is always fresh. They source local meats and have a fantastic hygiene rating which is always important to me. The chef is extremely passionate about cooking and this shows in the food. He is a well classified chef and...has many of his own recipes as special dishes which can be ordered if you go into the shop as they are all over the walls! They also do a variety of fantastic vegan and vegetarian dishes. The fried enoke mushrooms are amazing!! I highly recommend this take away and would not go anywhere else... I even think the food here is better than any Chinese restaurant in colchester. Being Chinese myself , I find it difficult to find food Asian restaur...
