Yak and Yeti Colchester

I have never had problems with yak yeti, always super-taking and have many evil vegan options super delicious!

Everything was just amazing, bit of a hidden gem this place, didn't look much from the outside but amazing inside. 5*

The food was enjoyable, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was surprisingly good for a large venue on a Friday night.

I had heard great things about eating. Unfortunately, my bar may have been set a little high. I found the sauces quite similar. It was okay, but not nice enough to let me come back.

Eating was really nice and affordable for what they get. there is a discount if they order online and there is a dedicated vegan menu. they also gave us a free additional curry, would recommend.

Booking was simple, the staff were polite and friendly. We didn't feel rushed and the menu offered a good variety of options. The restaurant was well-kept and clean. But best of all, the food was fantastic!

You can expect exceptional service and incredible food at a great value. Dining here will not disappoint as the flavors and quality of the food will have you raving about this place to all your friends and family.

We were a party of 6 and all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was excellent and friendly, but I have dropped a star overall due to an issue with the music. There appeared to be two soundtracks playing at the same time; for example at one point we were hearing Justin Bieber and Elaine Page at the same time disconcerting to say the least. Nobody else seemed aware of the problem and I noticed that above our table there was at least one hole in the roof where it looked as if a down lighter had been removed and that perhaps somewhere else in the building the second track was being played and because of the hole we were hearing both! Eventually the music was turned off which improved thin...

We had to change our reservation from pre-theatre to after theatre, which was accomodated without any issues. We did not realise just how long we had spent dining but were not rushed at all by the staff either who stayed after closing time. Our gluten free vegetarian dietary requirements were catered for not only from the menu but also on recommendation from the chef preparing a special dish of stuffed pepper. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will return if ever in the Colchester area again. They are also part of the Meerkat system which is the only reason that we found this restaurant and only goes to show that you can choose to go somewhere in a different town based on that network...
