Very delicious! Great variety of food, amazing coffee and low prices! Staff is very friendly as well. We've been here 3 times now on our holiday and we're definetly returning tomorrow.

Been here a few times now, both on my own and with family. We all agree the food is awesome, especially the eggs benny. Quite possibly the best Eggs Benedict in Edinburgh (and I'm a bit of an aficionado)!!

Absolutely love this place. Delicious breakfast and lunch. We come often and have yet to have a bad thing on the menu. We enjoy the casual atmosphere and dog friendly seating. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great coffee and drinks as well! They also do take away. Voir le carte

I recommend going to the thirsty palette while in edinburg! we were a few days in the city and came back 3 times to get the breakfast. the personal is the most friendly, nice and beautiful. eating is absolutely delicious and great veggie options. the place is quiet and dog friendly, what could we ask for more?

Was in Edinburgh on vacation and stumbled across this place just looking for coffee but saw the menu and stayed for breakfast! So happy we did, coffee and food were both so amazing! The creativity and flavors of the Benedict’s were the best I’ve ever had. Makes me sad I’m not a local, we’ve been talking about the food ever since.

I have a full Scottish, veggie wedgie and the short bread. beautiful people and great food. shortbread was the best thing I had in edinburgh skye and appreciated the addition of greens to the traditional mushrooms in the morning. wanted nothing more than to come back before she returned to home, but has to go for another trip to edinburgh. Been here twice for breakfast during our vacation. Lovely café with friendly staff, reasonable prices and delicious breakfast/brunch offerings. Highly recommended the Full Scottish breakfast (tastiest haggis I’ve had)and flat white coffee. I enjoyed the warm, tasty, rich and savour Steak and Cheese sandwich great comfort food. The cafe is doggie friendly

the thirsty palette gets 5 stars from me. Once we went through the door, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. the food was excellent, fresh and very tasty. in portions were large, leaving two very satisfied customers. the personal was very attentive. I will recommend this caffe to all my friends and my family. I look forward to coming back soon.

beautiful little caffe a little to the side, away from all busy people. the staff is very nice and friendly eating is good, chicken salad was good. the complete Scottish breakfast. I mean the pictures, so much meat, I don't think I've ever got a teller with so many processed meat on it, meat sweat at the end. If you're looking for a full-fledged scottish, that's your place.
