Lovely hotel amd real nice staf and food so good f but the only bad side to it was the family room was in the frunt off the pud it's was very load amd people was out there till 1230am which keeped my 4 year old awake amd crying and lights was on till 1 am so very light in room amd windows was thin not looking forward to sat night

The Seafront Restaurant is a charming spot where you can enjoy dining outside under a covered seating area. The menu is great, but you have to place your order inside. The staff is incredibly friendly and polite, and the meals are served fairly quickly. The mussels, combo meal, and lasagne were all excellent. We had such a wonderful experience that we ended up visiting twice.

The customer service at this restaurant was outstanding from beginning to end. Even though we were likely the last customers to be seated for dinner, we were still treated with the utmost courtesy and exceptional service, as if we were the first customers of the evening. Even our husky was warmly welcomed. The food was superb, credit to the chef, and a great value for the price. We go there regularly especially for Sunday lunch Always delivers the goods and the staff are excellent Great venue with so much to offer Unfortunately the Sunday lunch this week was disappointing due to the way it was served and ordered. Confusing to choose the majority of your food at the till and then add the veg later yourselves plus even more confusing when it is brought to you with numerous people thinking it is theirs. Go back to the old methods please! If not you need to give every order a ticket number for clarification.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem one evening after dining at another restaurant in Weston. Our previous experiences with food at some of the pubs in Weston had been disappointing, but we were drawn in by the talented singer performing outside. After enjoying a drink at the hotel and perusing the menu, we made a promise to return to sample the food. From that moment on, we couldn't get enough of this place – every dish we tried was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The staff were attentive, polite, and efficient, and the cocktails were top-notch. Without a doubt, this is the best dining spot in Weston Super Mare. Plus, they welcome dogs too!

I visited for evening meal with my mum, who is disabled and in a wheelchair. There isn’t a lift so my mum could not access the main restaurant. The staff were incredibly kind and set up the terrace outside just for us. Despite an epic thunderstorm, we were warm and dry with the gas heaters and we had a memorable evening including watching off duty staff member helping to get the outdoor umbrellas down in torrential rain. The food was excellent and plenty of it. I only put the review down a star because of the lack of disabled access to the main restaurant. have been regular customers for the carvery on a sunday lunchtime for at least a couple of years and have always been really impressed, but after our last couple of visits we’re left extremely disappointed and looking for somewhere new to go!! usually there are large joints of beef, pork and turkey waiting at the front, with all the trimmings and veg potatoes to be dished up ourselves. we went on mother’s day where potatoes were dishes up for us as opposed to us being able to plate our own, which was disappointing but on a one off occasion we could make an exception. we then went again on easter sunday and were confused and let down. there were no large joints of meat, and potatoes were agai...

Arrival time 5:40 pm the downstairs outside bar was open, I ordered Thursday steak deal and 2 cosmopolitans. Drinks were brought to our table and the waitress was pleasant and friendly I can’t complain at this point. By 6:00 pm the outside/downstairs bar was closed bearing in mind this is a seaside restaurant and the sun was blaring. I would just like to point out that last year we visited the establishment quite often and never had a bad word to say about the place. Back to my reasoning for the low score….. This beautiful Victorian hotel is right on the seafront a few minutes from the pier and the beach. Your very close by to all the things you could want, plenty of bars restaurants and attractions.
