What a wonderful time we had at the Venga garden to celebrate a big birthday. The festive decor created such a beautiful backdrop atmosphere for our gathering. Gill and the team could not have been more accomodating, thank you Venga x

Excellent friendly service. Delicious food. Four of us booked for Sunday lunch. All of us decided on the Sunday roast … served as a one plate meal to share. We chose different meats chicken, lamb and beef. All were fabulous tender tasty....The gravy came separately so if you had chosen chicken, then your gravy matched, same with the lamb and beef.

after work for a freches medium glass wein dipped. we just wanted to have a quick drink, but the menu looked so interesting that we decided to taste the tapas that arrived at the instant and obviously was freshly cooked. general portions for tapas and everything we tried was delicious. the personal was attentive and friendly. will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes. we've been breaking up because it looked so inviting. a warm welcome to this beautiful, well-equipped bar/restaurant. the personal was excellent and the normal tapas menu was replaced by Vietnamese street food. we went for the satay pork and had greens on the side cooked it was fantastic. boiled outside brought us into us and just really nice eating, service and atmosphere. large selection of drinks also

came for an evening meal with family from the usa. easy to book and a nice reception. very good service of waiter and beautiful ambiente. we ordered tapas every plus chips and bottle white wine between us. the quality of the food was excellent, so we ordered a dessert dish that lasted for a long time, so we were not charged for it. the total cost came to everyone for the meal that is not cheap, but it is very good quality!

probably the most bizarre Sunday dinner I had. as a scandal as the other Spanish style sharing used lunchtime to be excellent. the staff was very pleasant, but eating was not excellent on scratch- the bark, extremely dry- no cracks as advertised. Potatoes/veg not... really fried. I understand that they are trying to be different, but expecting to order tapas next to a ‘Roast’ is just bizarre- we were expected to come ‘Sonnay lunch style small plates’ as accompaniment, not garnel and garlic mushrooms. maybe mahon flower cheese or honey glaze? I see from a previous review of the owners suggested to order the sweet tapas. they don't really work. I am not alone in these thoughts – our guests als...

recommend a visit to venga. my wife and I have visited several times for tapas or drinks and have always loved the mood and the outside seats. we decided to try the Sunday, which burned out for the Mother's Day and was able to. to book the private dining room for our extended family. it was a fantastic space and really practical for our two little children. the service was great and we had a nice guy named toby who looked around. eating was fabulous, between us all we had the chicken, bark and lamb that were so delicious. the whole sweetness that came with him was great, including a special mention of the flower carnival that was magnificent. would definitely recommend everyone to try this....

Food was alright, not the best tapas I've had. We were missing a dish from our order that took a long time to come out once we told staff and they then bumbled about trying to sort it. The secret garden in the back is...really lovely and has heat lamps. We were quite unceremoniously turfed out when our hour was up (I understand having times for the table but seriously it was get up and go It was all very rushed and not the relaxing, good time we were looking for. Then on the way out, we did not see any signs showing to use the side exit and instead went to go back through the main front door which is where we came through at the start of the night.
