A gloomy restaurant for old people. We were hoping for a pub with atmosphere, a view and a welcome. Nought out of three. Downed our drinks and fled.

Lovely evening, and the staff accommodated us in the Seaview room. Staff were friendly, and the food was stunning. Great evening, and I loved the choice of proper desserts

Met up with some friends who were on holiday and decided to meet them here. Unfortunately we didn’t book so we were unable to secure a table with a sea view. However, staff were attentive and courteous and the meal superb. We enjoyed a couple of drinks in the garden before tucking into our fish and chips which was cooked to perfection and very reasonably priced. Thank you…..we will definitely return.

Following making a reservation in advance, I wasn't advised on the phone of their baby change facilities out of order. I ended up having to change my sons nappies on the floor of the ladies toilets. When asked what they had to offer, they advised there is nothing they can do. They advised that their baby change facilities had been out of order for some time aswell, advice of this, should have been given at booking time. Absolutely disgusting experience, even with my travel changing mat on the floor. I was also told where to leave my buggy as could not take it to the table...i had to carry my son and belongings from the pram, up stairs, and to our table. It wasalso suggested I move to sit at...
