The Village Inn - Carte

The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. It was a truly enjoyable experience, and the staff were very accommodating. I will definitely return.

My sons took me here for mothers day staff were great and efficient The restaurant was decorated lovely the food was fab love it here it is a really welcoming place spotlessly clean and great food.

Had a great afternoon in the beer garden with a spectacular meal to finish.. combo and pulled pork fajitas to die for. Lovely atmosphere made special by steven and liam..superb hosts. 10 out of 10 for everything, highly recommended. Well be back soon... Voir le carte

The Inn has just had its outside painted and now looks much improved. The food is always excellent and the helpings are substantial! The menu has all the usual pub favourites but much more besides. The fajitas are outstanding. The service is friendly and efficient. The are too few village pubs like this in Scotland.

I’ve been here multiple times and have enjoyed it every single time, all the food I’ve had has been amazing and staff have always gone out of their way to make sure my dietary requirements are right which I really really appreciate, the staff are incredibly helpful Highly recommend coming to the Pitlessie village inn!

This is one of our favourite local pubs for lunch or dinner. There is a wide choice of home-cooked food, the helpings are generous and the quality is excellent. Here you will not find the ubiquitous pre-packed, factory produced, microwave dependent dishes. Instead you will find fresh local produce well cooked and presented. Just back from an excellent meal at The Village Inn. Home cooked food at its best. From the outside, it’s a period looking building but inside very modern and contemporary. The Village Inn was recommended to us by our host at a local B&B with a suggestion to book. Pleased I took the advice. We got the last table before being fully booked. If you want to go its highly recommended that you book in advance.

I haven't been to this restaurant in 15 years, but I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements. They now have a large car park and outdoor seating, which I imagine is a positive outcome of Covid. The menu offers a great variety of options under different packages. I'm looking forward to coming back soon to try more dishes. They also have a good selection of draught ales and other drinks. Located on the A914, it is easily accessible by the x24 bus to and from Glenrothes St Andrews. Check out the photo of my delicious 'Daffy Duck' Fruity Pavlova.

Dropped in on spec for a light lunch and we were immediately impressed by the warm welcome. The place was busy and we hadn 't booked but a member of staff dealt with us immediately and showed us to a table. Menus were immediately available and our drinks order was taken very promptly and cheerfully. The menu has plenty to choose from main courses coming out of the kitchen looked huge! but we both opted for a starter and dessert from the specials choice. Food was very good and portions were ample. I would definitely want to come back and try the full menu. Excellent service, tasty food and nice atmosphere.
