"This restaurant is dirty and unkempt. As soon as you walk in, you can see the rotisserie covered in grime and a wall that is only partly painted, with a dirty bucket nearby. There are dogs yelping and food on the floor, and the tables are dirty. The service is terrible and the toilets are disgusting. It is unacceptable to leave cutlery on the floor while replenishing the drawers. The food is of poor quality and the hygiene inspectors should inspect this place closely. I would never recommend this awful restaurant to anyone."

visited with my further and fiancé and the staff were so friendly and eating was really delicious, tge decor is great a country style that is very welcoming, a lot of outside sittings that I love, a total of a great visit. will definitely be visited again.

excellent Sunday roast. let us mention how professional and courteous the personal is. they were very patient with us (we waited for people to arrive before the order) and were polite when they explain how they needed the table for the next booking. we really enjoyed our first visit here and will definitely return!

to birthday with my daughter and baby granddaughter too at midday was not in a long time, eating was delicious I had pork with cracking and chips that was tasty, daughter had stew and cheese dumplings that they loved. a dessert could not be full. great screaming after meelle our waitress, who was absolutely brilliant, so nice took time to come to us and chat to us and made a big fuss of baby. will be back

We went for Sunday lunch and weren't disappointed. I chose the lamb and it was delicious, melted in your mouth. There was plenty of veg and potatoes. I also had the hot chocolate fudge cake for dessert which was lovely aswell. We were quite a large party (13 of us) we were very well looked after the staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. I would definitely recommend a visit its a very clean well presented pub.
