Efficient and welcoming. Fabulous sausages. Great breakfast. A basic but good option. Waitrose was excellent.

Had lunch in this charming small cafes. Very quaint but the food was superb. Chicken pie was outstanding. The coffee delicious. the service very good. Table by the window a lovely spot to ponder what to do for the rest of the day.

Wonderful cafe. Personal and prompt service. Lovely home cooking. Put it on the itinerary for your next visit to Rye. Many establishments were surprisingly closed today but this treasure fortunately wasn't. Great movie posters on the wall too.

I tried the breakfast option C for £4.50 each, which included scrambled eggs on thick, delicious bread, beans, and tea all for that price! The eggs were cooked perfectly - not greasy, light and fluffy. Overall, everything was very good. The lady running the cafe on her own provided polite service. Voir le carte

Step inside the dated antique shop facade and enter the cozy, intimate room in the back for a delightful experience. All three of us opted for the all day breakfast, which included high-quality bacon, fresh butcher's sausages, and all the necessary sides. Priced at approximately £6 and offering unlimited coffee refills, we were extremely pleased with our meal.

It was a nice little cafe at the corner. Service was all right too, but pity the food was a bit of a disappointment. The cod mornay was quite tasteless. The bun of the burger was dry, though the beef was still arguably passable. The batter of the onion rings tasted quite bad too. Maybe their breakfast choices were better as I see much more positive reviews on their breakfasts.

We stopped in for three hot drinks and three toasted tea cakes. We waited a long time for our order to be taken and even longer for our coffees/tea to arrive. The coffee was weak and not enjoyable. The tea cakes took even longer to come out, and when they finally arrived, they were almost cold and had already been pre-buttered, making them soggy and unappetizing. We were disappointed with the experience and will not be returning to this cafe. The ambiance was nice, but the service and food quality were lacking. Voir le carte
