came a few days ago here with some kumpels and the pub was very busy, but the staff was fast and friendly. large selection of beer. will be back

Went in for my birthday. All staff so attentive and cheery. Food was outstanding and the desserts were so tasty! I had a loaded surf and turf with a steak that was cooked to perfection!

cheap enough to go regularly. Even better value when offered a voucher. Good food good service. Lighting could be better. Sometimes young children running about. Steps down in the ladies toilet. Menu loads to choose from. Voir le carte

eating the birthday of the family was excellent, very valuable, waiting staff efficiently and friendly. Bar staff a little slow, but really friendly and welcoming. new menu is absolutely amazing wonderful aromas, well boiled and good choice. recommend the jerkskewers.

Called into The Red Lion today to book for Christmas Day Dinner. Decided to stay for lunch and so glad we did. We had courses from the Golden Years menu for Just the right size portions and lovely and hot. The staff were...all very friendly. Will definitely be returning soon.

had the fajitas, just over tiny thin strips of huh going into two huge tortilla wraps! stingy is an understatement! It's good to eat here before, but this time it's not. the waitress was also somewhat abrupt and from fishing, would not go out of her. to do everything, in the grunde wanted nothing to do. a disappointing visit. what an amazing night I had in this pub, the staff was nice and very fast to serve with the, the manager was very welcoming and pleasant, not like some manager who see them in pubs that do not care about their customers! it was amazing night...with great memories made and I and my friends will be very soon back for another night to remember, thank you red lion

As it was a lovely week I decided to take the children for a meal after school, we sat in the garden and enjoyed our lovely meal, the staff were so attentive and talked to us like a part of the family and made sure...we were ok, we didn’t have to wait very long for our food, the children did say that it was the best. Just great all round and we will definitely be visiting again very soon!

This pub lyes in the historic village of elstow where john bunyan was born he also had nights out in the red lion years ago and was pleased with the qaulty of food and service as we all were last night. The pub is amazing...the staff are so nice and helpfull and the tasty food is second to none .We will always go there as much as we can . so a great thankyou to all who run the pub wonderfully well.
