"Came here last night with the boy. He had fish and chips, I had mushroom linguine. They were both really good. Fish and chips really well cooked, the linguine were packed with lots of different varieties of mushrooms; everything extremely tasty. Service was great. The decor is a bit austere, but the owners have only just taken over, so hopefully will improve with time. We'll certainly be back."

We went to the Prince of Wales for dinner with our family and had a fantastic time. The food was delicious, and the staff at the bar were incredibly helpful and friendly. We highly recommend stopping by this restaurant!

I have dined at this restaurant twice now, and both times the experience was excellent. The beer selection is fantastic and they allow dogs! The food is great, the beer is fantastic, and the location in beautiful Iffley adds to the overall charm.

Booked on line for 60th birthday waited a long time for drinks two things not on menu cash machine did not work long wait to order food one costumer got charged three times on her card when the card machine did work in all was very upset so went back to my hotel Voir le carte

A lovely welcome on arrival. The landlord and lady lady very friendly. The landlord is the head chef and his food is very nice. Well cooked and seasoned just right. Would highly recommend popping in for a drink and a bite too eat. Will definitely be going back to try some more of the menu.

I made a reservation for my 60th birthday and had to wait a long time for drinks. We were then informed that two items were not available. When we finally ordered our food, the contactless machine did not work and one woman was accidentally charged three times on her bank card. Overall, it was not a happy way to celebrate my 60th birthday.
