"I want to start off by clarifying that the pub itself is really nice, feels very well designed and the staff are all very attentive and friendly. My issue stands with the cost of food mainly, as it's aimed at a premium price range. Food goes anywhere from around £10 for a starter all the way up to £30 for a main on the specials board. I'd recommend checking the menu before you visit to know what you're getting into, and avoid the shock when you sit down. The food itself was nice, but not outstanding. I enjoyed my burger, but didn't feel it quite stacked up to the £17.50 price tag as it only comes with a small serving of chips. As I mentioned, the service was good and checked the table regularly, however for that privilege they automatically add a roughly 12% service charge on top of the bill which is not mentioned or discussed, just expected to be paid. I had a burger, a pint of Asahi and a desert and my bill alone came to just under £36 which now I say it makes me cringe slightly. If you've got cash to splash then go ahead I guess "

The food is great, the atmosphere is so nice and the staff especially Sara and Kai are amazing people.

The worst beer I have ever had. I’ve been there on many occasions and tried different kinds of beer never had a feeling I am drinking a real beer. Shame.

Really nice. Birthday celebration for 10 people and they were very accommodating. The Sunday chicken roast was really good however the burgers were a bit small for the price as was the seafood pasta.

The restaurant is in a good location with delicious food and friendly staff, but I found it to be a bit expensive. For example, a combination of orange and lemonade along with a bottle of Desperado beer cost close to £10.

Visited this spot for pre-dinner drinks whilst we stayed at the nearby Holiday Inn Express. It was a hot evening, so sitting out near the river was really relaxing. We intended to eat here, but the menu was lacking in veggie/vegan options. The staff were cool, but I found the drinks rather pricey. Voir le carte

Went up for a 2nd round of drinks and luckily spotted a parking screen on the bar.You have to put your reg number or you get a big parking fine.Why is there not some signs at the bar warning you of this. How many people must be getting caught with this con scam if they don't see the machine on the bar ??? Also the drinks were quite expensive over double what they are at my local W Spoons.
