"Stayed overnight on a walk from Thetford to Walsingham. Their winter timetable was in operation which meant no evening meal available but the village fish and chip shop was perfect! The staff Shelley and Warren were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the bathtub very welcome for a soak after walking all day. Continental breakfast substantial. Would stay here again."

Aoife is very welcome here after a busy time paddling in the ford. It is very cosy and lovely food and drinks See you soon as we love to visit and recapture mums childhood memories. Excellent!

Visited yesterday with husband, young daughter our dog whilst on holiday. Really pleased that we could eat inside with the dog. Food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming friendly. Lovely atmosphere with wood fires. Would definitely visit if ever in the area again.

excellent eating, nice pub and friendly staff. on Monday evening in bank holiday. the employees were very apologetic, as some articles were not available after a very busy weekend. it has nothing to do with it when it showed that eating was fresh and not eating. I hope to come back before we have to go home.
