This is the best carvery I've ever had! It was definitely worth the wait since it was extremely busy. The service was outstanding, and I will certainly return and recommend it to my friends and family.

The carvery is outstanding. It's advisable to make a reservation to prevent any disappointment, as it can get quite busy. However, it's definitely worth it. There's also an outdoor play area for children, along with a lovely view of the estuary.

I absolutely love this pub/restaurant! The service was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5, and the location is equally impressive, also a perfect score of 5. One of the highlights of this hotel is its breathtaking view, and I really appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was.

We rented the upstairs function room for a family celebration of a 90th birthday, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the initial email to the final toast, Trevor and his team were exceptional. They paid attention to every detail, making sure everything was just right. The food was delightful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent and impeccably clean. This made our gathering truly unforgettable. The Old Quay House is conveniently located just off the A30 bypass at the end of the Hayle Estuary, with ample parking available. I highly recommend it. We called to book a table for lunch with our two small children we were told to come on down when we arrived our drinks order was taken along with the money, we enquired about menu and returned to the table to collect orders. When we went back to 2 minutes later to order they told us they were no longer doing food, it’s was 2:15 on a Sunday we asked for a refund on the drinks as we would have to go else where even though we called prior and arrived earlier than we said we would, the children were crying and hungry and they refused. The manager was extremely rude and just kept telling me he’s served 200 people today. He was extremely dismissive and rude, shocking service will not be returning...
