Wouldn't except blue light discount or tesco voucher for food. That was on the afternoon deals. Maybe change of policy? Perfectly fine last year. Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet

We were disappointed with our experience. They were unaware of our booking, there was only one person taking orders, they didn’t have roast beef available for the Sunday dinner, and they didn’t have our preferred beer. Overall, we were very dissatisfied.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the new inn. The entire team was incredibly helpful and professional. Tracey in the restaurant provided exceptional customer care and service. The staff made us feel very welcome, and we want to extend a special thank you to Tracey for making our 11-month-old feel so comfortable in the restaurant. I have never been treated so well. The room, clean and comfortable. The reception was extremely helpful and polite. But I would like to say about the woman who served me at breakfast, I think her name is Lena, I have no words to describe her. An incredible human being. I had her hug at check out and I can say: it was the best and truest kindness I received in Wales. I am grateful for my accommodation. And grateful to have met the people who work at this hotel. The best staying!!!!
