Great wee pub..middle of union street.. Always friendly staff.. Food is always well presented, good menu.. and very reasonably priced. Good for lunchtime, as service is sharp... def. worth a visit..

Quite quiet on A Thursday night but despite having heard some negative reports on the food since reopening our meals were excellent and good value. Special mention to both members of staff who were excellent.

I'm in the Howff as I write. I've been buying disappointing chilli burgers for 30 years. This breaks the trend. The best one I've had in all that time and the best ever in the UK. I dare say there are finer examples out there, but I haven't found one. Voir le carte

Aberdeen's best pub grub. I was quite impressed when I went for a birthday supper with my family. The portion sizes are excellent, the pricing are reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I had a great experience and will hopefully return again soon!

The daytime waitress Amy was fantastic. She was very friendly and on her game. The curry we both had was very tasty! Amy went so far as to tell us about the upcoming Christmas event as well. Many thanks from Fiona and John visiting from Canada. We 'll be back for sure.
