"Hoping this was a bad night in the kitchen but honestly I was very disappointed. The Korean burger was tiny, the slaw was missing a dressing and the chips were sparse. The Korean chicken was lacking in anything Korean about it and very dry. My daughters steak was very fatty and not at all tasty. But the worst were the glasses! Filthy dirty. The chef did prepare extra fillets of chicken but there was nothing Korean about it (we've been to Korea Street food was better). I do have to say when we pointed out the issues, the staff were apologetic and the staff were the best thing about the experience. Sadly they missed out on a big tip due to the other issues. BTW the pizzas looked the best for taste and value! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"

First time visiting Hiltonbury and wasn't disappointed. The service was first class and couldn't fault them at all. The food was lovely, I had a sirloin steak and finished with the cheese board washed down with a bottle of wine. No wonder this place was busy. Definitely going back again when down in the area. Had a lunchtime catch up with a friend the service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish we had Soup and Sandwich for lunch and the soup was exceptional great taste loved it. Quite expensive. 1 course, soft drink, coffee with small taster pudding was over £30.The roast potatoes were not good and very small. The side dishes were small. The cauliflower cheese was a tiny portion and not baked, with just a thin sauce. The gravy pan caused a bit of a mess. There is a nice, cosy atmosphere, but the food needs to improve.
