"Poor food. 2 x kids burgers with stale/dry/hard bread. Burgers were as thin as thin can be and burnt/dry. Chips (all meals) were lukewarm at best. Really disappointing having had a good Sunday lunch there in the past. Beef sandwich was good and the fish finger sandwich was good but overall, disappointing. Told the waitress who did offer to redo them but our party were that hungry they’d tolerated it and half eaten them (not that they were that big to begin with). Chef was informed by colleague so I guess that is that then."

The best place for Sunday dinner; never ceases to impress, the food, staff efficiency. Never have to wait long, attentive staff and food is delicious and served hot. Reasonably priced and good value for money.

Had a great three course meal here and the food was very good and a young lady called Chloe looked after us and she was amazing. She was very polite, helpful and was very friendly and was always smiling. Great experience, thank you.

Lovely Valentines meal great value for money and really nice experience, managed to get us in even though we were late Zoe served us and we’ve been served by her before, always a pleasant experience quick, friendly, efficient service. We love the Hedgehog will be back soon! Thank you!

Regularly eat here for lunch and really enjoy the friendliness at atmosphere of the place. The food is lovely, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Justyna seems to be popular in reviews, and with good reason. A delightful and helpful lady. But without exception all the staff deserve a pat on the back.

This was a “spur of the moment” visit and the first time that we have been there. We found a warm welcome by an obviously happy and helpful team of staff. The choice of menu was excellent and the selected meals were superb. The ambience, service and quality of food was first class. They are “dog friendly” which is another bonus. This is somewhere that we highly recommend and will be returning to.
