Lovely welcome, excellent food! Good value for money. Will definitely be going back and taking friends too.

We had a very friendly welcome and obliging staff. Traditional pub fare on the menu with hot and cold food that’s reasonably priced

The Hare and Hounds is a small, friendly pub that offers good beer, wine and food. We enjoyed the large log fire, too. Northbourne village is beautiful and unspoiled, probably unchanged in 100 years

Have been to the Hare and Hounds several times in recent weeks and it is lovely. Always a warm welcome and good food. It’s an excellent local pub that provides a comfortable place to relax, drink, eat and socialise.

I had a roast dinner with family 4 of us went, I had the soup to start but when it arrived it was cold, and when I had the roast dinner come out it was not very hot either very Luke warm a real shame as the food was nice. Voir le carte

We dined at this restaurant on a Friday evening. We originally booked a table for 4 people, but more friends joined us and the staff kindly extended our reservation to accommodate 8 people. The food was delicious and freshly cooked, with generous portions.

I had a delicious traditional Sunday roast for lunch today, featuring a generous portion of lamb and a large Yorkshire pudding. Even though I usually don't have dessert, I was convinced to try the sticky toffee pudding and custard, which were outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive as well.

Quick lunch in the Hare and Hounds Northbourne. Roy and Brian so friendly. Pub freshly refurbished with air-conditioning. The village is beautiful. We had prawn ciabatta with chips, salad and coleslaw acoompanied by London Pride and Bushells cider. Can't fault the food or beer. There is a good range of pub food. Voir le carte
