Amazing roast dinner! Hit the spot and more, big plate with a huge Yorkshire pudding! Highly recommend!! Very friendly staff and we were well locked after, thank you we will be back!

Sunday lunch was to die for gorgeous Yorkshire puds fluffy roast potatoes with carrot parsnip red cabbage and leeks. ate it all!! too lively to leave it. Well done the chef. highly recommend going there

This is the kind of pub we wished existed in Eastleigh when we lived here years ago. Really good home cooked food at a decent price and massive portions. Really clean and well maintained pub and friendly staff. Added bonus of a pool table as well. Absolute gem of a pub!

We came for the first time today. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. A big shout out to the size of the kids portions… it was nice to see that they understand how much a kid will actually eat. We don’t like waste and the portion size was perfect for our little one. Well done and we will be back.

Came in last night for a meal, service, 10 out of 10, although we waited for 45 min for our food to arrive, the pork belly with seasonal veg and mash was Amazing. Absolute praise to the chefs. I took my mum and sister for a meal today and i cannot fault anything. The pub is well organised, plenty of refreshments to choose from and the Staff were extremly welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Goodies burger if there were 10 stars on here i would give 10....well done Goodies, will be coming back. The best pub in eastleigh in my opinion. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Visited when we stayed in Eastleigh. I had the steak and my wife had the pie. Both were excellent but the steak was cooked perfectly and one of the best I've had in a pub. Both meals were very reasonable compared to elsewhere locally. The service was both efficient and really friendly. Would have given 5 stars except the pub could probably do with a bit of tlc. But overall would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again in May.

Not often can I not fault an establishment. The staffing was friendly, attentive and met all our needs. We expected to find standard pub grub, but the food was probably the best I had from what appears to be an unassuming pub in a residential area. The burgers were juicy and flavorful. I would say they are far and above of your burger specialist restaurants and the chips were crispy and we'll seasoned from the off. The Good Companions has a very relaxed and intimate atmosphere, perfect for a quiet drink, a meal or celebrating with loved ones. Voir le carte
