After exploring Oxford, we decided to pop into this restaurant for a pint. We ended up ordering two half pints of cider and enjoyed our drinks in the back of the restaurant for a while.

It’s not only the wonderful flavours, but the Eagle Tavern combines them with beautiful variety of complementary textures. Can there be any better food for these prices? I’ve not come across one that even comes near it. Brilliant! Voir le carte

visited the eagle tavern with a friend to dinner. everything about the place seemed very professional. the decor was beautiful, all the space settings were very well designed. the food was very nice. I had the bark two away very nice!

this was our first visit after we had heard good things about eating and we were certainly not disappointed. it is a sensual large menu with classic favorite, but source, cooked and presented very well. friendly and friendly. service during the meal was a very pleasant experience in the whole round. we'll be back soon. Best Sunday lunch for ages. We had the lamb which was perfectly cooked, thick, pink and melted in your mouth. Perfect veg and a good portion. Cannot fault the service, waiting time or food. (or price). Have been during evening service before so was expecting...a similar standard and was not let down. Can't wait to go again!

we enjoyed a beautiful spacious room on our stay in the eagle tavern. the room was very clean and quiet. we chose the continental breakfast and it was delicious and abundant fresh fruit salad, fresh croissants, yogurt and juice all beautifully presented. the evening menu...picked super-so will rehearse that if we are next to the area thank you
