"We had a wake here for my mother in law and we must say it was so beautiful and stunning x the room was set out perfectly for us x it's so clean and fresh it gave you a real sense of being some where special x the Manager Helen was so helpful and she went out of her way to make sure that we had every thing that we needed x the staff were amazing and very helpful x we had the afternoon tea with beautiful sandwiches, jam cream scones, brownies, duck shaped biscuits and other bits x it was amazing and very well worth the money x everyone complemented on how perfect it was and how much they enjoyed it x we will not hesitate to have any other functions here or even a meal x we cannot thank you all enough for such a lovely day my mother in law would have been so pleased xx"

I had a meal here on Wednesday night and it was ineffective always a good meal guaranteed. I had lamme for my head what was nice then the trio dessert for after it was delicious. eating is amazing and the personal is friendly.

The best dining experience I've ever had. If you want to have a posh dinner , all freshly made then this is the place for you! Everything was perfect: modern, light venue, friendly staff, and delicious food. Will we be back? Most certainly!

so good! a little wait, but the restaurant was fully understandable. absolutely perfect eating. it can't fail at all. the service was fab. really attentive and friendly staff. my new fave restaurant on the island....plus its only 10 minutes from my house!

The Duck recently hosted an afternoon tea for a hen Do group I was involved in organising. From the very first contact, to on the day, Helen could not be more helpful. We had the top room to ourselves and it was perfect (with beautiful views! great venue, great tea. Thanks very much Helen x

Held my late husbands wake at The Duck, as this was our favourite restaurant. From the first contact with Charlie and Helen to go through the menu with them it was carried out with great professional service everything was first class as always. the duck had very recommended us by friends so that we decided to celebrate our 1st anniversary there when visiting the island to see family. we were not disappointed, what an amazing meal we had last night, the environment and customer service were on site. the food was presented so nicely and will go down as one of the best meal we have made. we will definitely be back .perfect

Stunning menu, I had the steak and it was cooked to perfection (and I usually find rump to have a thick line of fat in it, this was pure meat! the cocktails were very nice and tasty, the restaurant was very clean, beautifully decorated and well designed. and the staff was beautiful. very clever that they change their menu all 6 weeks (my only disappointment is that there is no delicious mushroom sauce with the steak this time but what it came was so beautiful! my best friend, who has never made a meal in 14 years of friendship, has cleaned her teller! very fast to eat my favourite place
