The Cross Keys Inn - Carte

Warm welcome, good service and very tasty food. Good value too. Also very clean. I wish we lived locally as we’d be in there every week. Good variety on menu and interesting. Not typical grub. A really great pub!

The food at this restaurant is excellent, especially the fish pie and delicious vegetables which were all served hot. The atmosphere is charming and the staff are attentive. I will definitely be returning in the future.

i have been meaning to revisit since my last visit in 2020, but due to covid etc i never got around to it , my lunch visit was a joy , excellent food , convivial surroundings and great staff. definitely will revisit very soon . the only downside was the car park and the exit onto the main road Voir le carte

Friendly welcome and service. Good choice on the menu, we opted for the set menu and were not disappointed. The food was cooked presented well and the portions were of a good size too. Service was busy not surprising at this time of year but we didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely return.

Very pleasant staff with a good welcome on arrival. Service was perfect and professional. Food was very good if a little on the pricey side (a reflection of our times ? The set menu was good value and reasonably priced. I chose this restaurant as a midway meeting point for family knowing there would be no parking issues Would certainly go again if in the area.

We had a fantastic Christmas lunch at The Cross Keys Inn. The service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. The portions were large, and the vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked. They also had a great selection of beers. The only downside was the dangerously blind exit from the car park onto a main road with no visibility to the right. We dined at this restaurant the day before our wedding and also enjoyed our wedding meal here. Both meals were fantastic, especially the perfectly cooked steak. The three courses on both occasions were flawless. The staff were friendly and did everything they could to ensure our wedding meal was perfect. We chose to dine in the back room, which was secluded and intimate, just as we had hoped. The pub opened early for us to decorate the room, and everything went smoothly and effortlessly according to plan.

we always loved the king’s arms and were a bit worried when booking online came as the cross keys. the king’s arms has its food operation on the way to the cross keys as excellent as ever. good service, good choice of menu, good atmosphere. in the fact we are again next week the only light nigger is if they have not yet been before the entrance of the parking lot in front of the pub, we drove past and it is quite dangerous from the parking come a little hidden entrance and exit and the cars come quite fast along the road. might help a strategically placed mirror

I'm always a little holding back to dare for Sunday dinner, as often disappointment awaits, but our whole party was thrilled by our last lunch here. the personal was fabulous, friendly and attentive during a very busy session to take care of us and the dogs (which loved the attention, but fortunately under the table. the food was absolutely noticeable; delicate, fleshy bark meat, wet tasty pork (a very good performance. served with an extraordinary series of veg, fresh and perfectly cooked (which can not be the case again so often) also impressed by the sprout! yorkshires were a little caught, but we have forgiven them that for the holy gral perfect duck-fat roasted kills, immersed in this t...
