Great first visit to the creamery after many recommendations, great size portion, plenty selection of starters mains and puddings,

Whenever I return to my hometown I always make a point of dining here the meals are fantastic and great value would highly recommend this restaurant

Great quality dining from friendly knowledgeable staff. Come here for lunch monthly. Also come weekly with friend for snooker looked after from owner staff with friendly banter to bring drinks to our table. Voir le carte

Told we weren’t welcome as in “work gear”. Work gear doesn’t mean dirty, Infact we are both managing directors who regularly treat our staff to 3 course lunches and drinks so it’s their loss really. Quite laughable we will just go to one of the many nicer classier places we regularly visit who have no issue what so ever with “work gear”

After paying for van I was informed by the owner there was no V5 No reply to my email from owner didn't keep good on promise to call me after returning from holiday I've had to cover the cost for getting V5 sent out do all the running about. After nearly a year since the purchase of this piece of scrap on wheels, it's still sat at the garage after various repairs fault diagnosis. It's pretty obvious this garage get there vans from companies after they've been run into the ground Avoid this place at all costs, absolute rogue

Four of us visited on Friday evening for dinner. On arrival we were greeted by a young lady called Charlie. She had a warm, welcoming smile and although we had never met her before she looked really pleased to see us! That was a great start to the evening and we went on to have three different dishes from the menu. The fare was delicious, presented beautifully on our plates with no delay between courses. Special thanks to all staff for a lovely experience especially to Charlie for her excellence. She had great eye contact and first-class listening skills as we asked a dozen different questions! Came in Sunday night 24/04, around 9:50, and was told that you stop giving tables out at 10, something I was well aware off having been multiple times and was sure wouldn’t be an issue as it wasn’t 10, but unfortunately I was told “it was already 10 in here pal” and that you were closed. Might want to have a word with the boy behind the counter on Sunday night about why he’s turning away business. Not only did you loose out on 4 people who were looking for 2 tables and a few drinks each, I now won’t be perusing a membership, and wouldn’t recommend it either. Been a member at the Creamery for a few years, now, playing snooker roughly twice a month, but after a few interactions with a certain member of staff I 'm questioning paying a premium (and it is a premium compared to the quality of similarly priced tables at other clubs for a membership. Wanted to support local business and buy a new cue from my club, having in the back of my mind somewhere you get a discount of some sort (5% I thought . Mentioned this to the staff member who didn 't appreciate me asking, saying you don 't get discount but I suppose you can get it. Whilst waiting I noticed the club rules on the wall stating 10%. Happy days, mentioned that and got told where to go. No chance...

Have frequented the creamery for many many years, firstly because of the food and secondly because it’s local to me. The creamery is such a little hidden gem. From the outside it looks like your average pool hall (it is a snooker hall, pool hall and restaurant area but when you step in to the restaurant you would never know there are many people playing snooker and pool in the next rooms. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, enough space between tables and very well set up with friendly and knowledgable staff.
