This is the best most friendliest and best restaurant I've ever been to, the owner is so friendly and the food is up most one some of the best food ever and that's for someone who is well traveled. Would recommend for anyone of all ages!

nice eating! we had the afternoon, it was beautifully presented and felt really special, everything was so fresh and tasty and we got a lot more food per person than I had on other places. highly recommended, extremely pleasant atmosphere and personal.

I went to the afternoon tee as a birthday surprise, it was beautiful and fresh. there was a lot of food we had to bring home in a box. great food and fantastic value for money, personal are friendly and nothing is too much annoyed, we will definitely visit again.

Went here today with a friend for lunch.Nice menu, plenty of choice, reasonably priced.We both decided to have the Ploughman's Lunch.Beautifully presented, nice selection of cooked meats and cheeses, small pie, salad, pickle and coleslaw together with a fresh white barmcake.The plate was emptied but unfortunately we were too full to try a cake as well.Maybe an Afternoon Tea next time?

since the last year the new owners have been here several times. we were at breakfast, dinner and today afternoon tea! many breakfast options from full english’s to breakfast packages. it is obvious that good quality objects are sought by the owners. Previously I ordered a tikka panini with a bowl of homemade suppe. varied, inexpensive and tasty. we enjoyed the caffe so much that we decided to book for luxury afternoon tea. we enjoyed everything from hearty to sweet. especially the brownie was probably the best I had. we had so much to eat that we had to go home! a good experience with good food and conscientious owners. we will definitely go on!

We regret to say that our most recent visit to this restaurant will also be our last. We do not wish to lay blame on the new owners, but we believe they need to address some issues. We have dined here several times before and always enjoyed it, but our last experience was unfortunately disappointing. Despite making a reservation, we were the only ones in the restaurant when we arrived (party of 6). After ordering, another couple came in, ordered, received their food, ate, and left, while we were still waiting. Our food finally arrived 50 minutes later and it was also underwhelming. The soup seemed to be diluted and other dishes were not up to standard. We are truly disappointed that we will...
