"I had my first Christmas lunch of 2023 at this restaurant. While my friend had been here before, it was my first visit. We had made a reservation for a Friday evening and decided to take advantage of the Christmas lunch special, which offered two courses for £24.95. Despite it being a Friday, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, but we were there early in the evening. The food we chose was excellent and the service was also top-notch. The price per person was between £10 to £20."

Decided to go to City diner to support local business....we weren’t disappointed. We all went for the new twilight menu. Plenty to eat everything was delicious, including the raspberry cocktail we opted to have with it. Will def be back.

Lovely place, took mum for afternoon tea. Couldn't have had nicer staff. Nice and cosy atmosphere. So much sandwich, sausage rolls, n cakes.. food was really good.. Couldn't fault a thing except for the haggis balls.. but that's due to preference of taste. Will deffo be recommending this place.
