Claiming to have a gluten free menu when everything is fryed in same fryer my husband is celiac and gets very ill with cross contamination

The food was lovely , the haggis pakoras and the soup was great, the steak pie was full of meat and flavours. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Awesome lunch , quiet pub atmosphere great for a quick bite to eat thanks guys food was amazing. Deserves more patronage. Will definitely be back soon.

Had a delicious meal at the Carnock Inn. Went with family and all 3 of us enjoyed the food. The service was great and the waitress was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

First time visitors and a massive thumbs up. Superb service, great atmosphere, very good value and tremendous food. We both had steaks and they were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

Not been here in quite sone time after a few changes of owner, so glad we've gone back. Had a beautiful lunch today with quality food perfectly cooked. The Beef Brisket starter with horseradish slaw was fab and the Jalapeno cheese sauce as extra for the burgers was a must. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere with great service. Would highly recommend a visit.

This was a treat from my daughter and her husband for our diamond wedding anniversary and my husband’s 80th birthday. We were staying at a cottage near Kelty and it was well worth the journey. We had a three course lunch from the al la carte menu. My husband is a wheelchair user and, after speaking to the Inn to make sure it was accessible we arrived to find a ramp in place waiting for him to use. The table we were given was in a good position for him to access with his wheelchair and we were made welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent and we will be sure to visit again if we are in the area. Hopefully people in the area realise what a jewel they have with The Cannock Inn...

My wife and I decided to walk our dog up to the Carnock Inn recently for a lunchtime pint, and also ordered some lunch on the spur of the moment what a great decision! She had a cheese burger that disappeared very quickly and was apparently delicious, and I had a flat iron steak dish that was nothing short of divine. Every part of the dish from veg to chips to side salad were fantastic, and the steak itself was cooked wonderfully, full of flavour as well as having the perfect texture. A sauce for the steak was provided as standard, very welcome seeing as so many places will charge 2 or 3 quid for the privilege, and it also came with a pot of the pan juices which was a nice touch.
