Really fantastic friendly service especially good with small children. So pleased we chose here for special celebration

Went for tea tonight and me and partner had the Wagu burgers and they were fantastic best burger we have had. Excellent food highly recommended

a delicious wagyu burger with speck, brie, gourmet chips and homemade coleslaw. not forget a few jail ales. mouthwater! this is a friendly traditional pub with well maintained ales and great pub dug. the personal is brilliant. popular with local and holidaymakers alike.

a somewhat unimaginable outer hides a welcoming interieur! clean, bright, friendly staff and five real ales, plus the usual suspects in the beer-chidder department! we ate in the bar area, but there is a separate dining room. the menu was, as expected, pub...food' hot, freshly prepared, delicious and good portions.

found this little gem on a local recommendation. great reception and spot on roast, big crispy homemade yorkshire. also one of the loves of our party of ketchup instead of gravy. nice to meet the really friendly chef, nice little sharpener. if they wish to have great food and super friendly staff they don't see further.

Booked this restaurant for the first evening in Dawlish. Steak Pie and Fish and Chips were excellent and merlot wine cheap and good value for money. Wonderful atmosphere and staff. They kindly fitted us in on an evening when we hadn't booked and were very...obliging. Terrific service, friendly, helpful and again an excellent meal we chose the brie and berry tart with salad and chips. A great evening. Thank you so much!

We were staying in Dawlish and saw the reviews for the Brunswick Arms and decided to try it. We were not disappointed. Welcoming staff, very good menu with lots of choice and a warm and friendly environment. There was a good selection of wine and...lager..The food was excellent as was the service we received. The staff were friendly polite and efficient. We enjoyed our experience so much we ate there again a couple of nights later. Would highly recommend.

The menu looked promising with traditional pub classics and some slightly different items like the Thai fish cake, Wagyu burger and Mediterranean tart. The food turned out to be even better than the menu implied with excellent fresh burger; decent fish cake; delightful veg tart;...very good Brie and bacon topping for a good sized baked potato. It’s quite an unassuming pub but clean and tidy and friendly staff serving good local beers. Definitely worth a visit.

I'd read reviews for this pub and thought we'd give it a try. It's like a tardis inside. We spoke to the landlords father, he said everything had been refurbished in lockdown, the toilets were very clean and brightly decorated. I chose Thai vegan curry...and my husband chose chilli. The food was very good, reasonably priced and the cutlery was clean. Inside they have darts, skittles and a large eating area. The seating is well spread out, and it was nicely decorated for Christmas. We'll use this pub again. Thankyou!
