We got rolls for lunch and pastries for breakfast. All were lovely. Would go back albeit I’m not Sure pastries are a healthy breakfast option

My colleague and I chose to get a take away for our lunch as a treat, and what a treat it was. Lovely sandwiches with generous portions and the fruit tart was scrummy. We will definitely be going back.

This restaurant is a great choice for brunch, with a decent variety of options on the menu. The service is friendly, the food is top-notch, and they offer delicious hot beverages that are perfect for enjoying in the center of town. Voir le carte

I have tried calling 10 times to give them them feedback but no answer. Left voice message too. We went , as been few times before... We had young girls make and serve the food this time... I'm afraid it was awful . Hardly any salmon. The toast burnt. Really overpriced for something basic. I wanted to call to tell them how awful our experience was... but no answer.. Coffee cold

The food at the restaurant was decent, but the service was very inconsistent. We were attended to by two young girls, one of whom was delightful while the other seemed to be resentful and should not have been interacting with customers. The coffee took a long time to arrive (we suspect it was mistakenly given to another table). Overall, the quality of the restaurant has declined since our last visit a few years ago. It's a shame, as we will not be returning.

Poor welcome at 2.pm when we walked in the door to be greeted with 'No lunch, just drink and cake ' I smiled and said that was fine. It took a long time for them to take our order. Coffee was lovely, cakes were very dry at the edges. Ww were horrified to be told we couldn 't use the toilet because the girl had just put bleach in it. ie she was cleaning before closing time and wanted a quick get away on a Friday afternoon. Our receipt shows we paid on our way out at 2.30pm a full half hour before closing time. Poor customer service. We won 't ever return. Very disappointing. Voir le carte

We used to love this patisserie because they offered loose leaf tea and even a complimentary mini pastry with your tea. The menu listed the teas we ordered as supreme ceylon and supreme early grey tea from Char teashop. However, when our tea arrived, it was served in teabags instead of loose leaf. When we raised this issue with the staff, we were told that they no longer served loose leaf tea. Despite pointing out that the menu should be updated to reflect this change, the staff seemed uninterested and provided no apology. The staff, who appeared to be quite young, claimed that English breakfast tea was the same as Ceylon tea. Overall, we were disappointed by the lack of customer service and...

I've had take out food from this shop twice. The first time was a few weeks ago when I was in a hurry between work places and needed something quickly. That was a big disappointment. This time I was also in a rush and didn't have time to head further into the city to go somewhere else. Ordered something entirely different from my first visit but was equally disappointed. The food was not seasoned, very average quality (think own brand bagged supermarket salad) with half moons of cucumber and a few wedges of tomato. Croutons were enormous and almost impossible to eat. We ate in on a weekday lunchtime, The food was tasty and the decor was nice but overall everything felt very disorganised. The table we were sat at was really sticky and wonky, couldn’t put any weight on it or or toppled to one side. There was a sign saying “please wait to be seated” but no one came so in the end we just asked if we could sit down. Menus were thrown at us without a single word as we sat down. Food was running low, tried to order something but were told after the fact they were out of mozzarella. Heard two other tables be told they were also out of chicken and another table pork.
