"The restaurant had delicious food with a good variety on the menu, which was served promptly. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff were friendly, and the music was fantastic. It's rare to find a pub playing songs by Looking Glass, America, Dr Hook, Billy Joel, and The Mac. We could have happily stayed all night just listening to the music. The menu was nicely printed and had a great selection of specials. All three of us enjoyed fantastic meals. The service was excellent, and the location was convenient. Overall, a 5-star experience."

We had a great time at this restaurant. The service and meals were excellent, even though they were short staffed. They worked hard to make everything run smoothly. The only downside was the lack of a shower in the bathroom. The pub was very friendly and welcoming, and the staff were fantastic. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5

We visited for two meals whilst on holiday in the Lakes. Both meals were perfect. The food was very high quality and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was excellent. The best point however was the staff! Very, very welcoming. Especially the lady running the front of house. If you’re looking for a very nice meal and welcoming atmosphere, look no further!
