Excellent food as always , we have the steaks as they are amazing value .they are cooked to perfection, washed down with a bottle of red wine .

An Excellent Evening meal with Friends. Couldn’t fault the Service, Food, a Lovely Atmosphere. A Lovely pub with Great Food, a Good Selection of Beers.

The beer garden at this restaurant is fantastic and secure. The service was prompt and very friendly. The portion sizes are generous, the food was tasty, and the prices were reasonable.

Amazing home cooked fresh food with wonderful service in a pretty pub. Definitely more than pub grub and instead restaurant quality. I had the chicken Parisien which was delicious, with loads of fresh veg and new potatoes. We all had different menu choices and loved them all. A hidden gem

Excellent pub with great service and staff. We booked a table for six ranging from 11 to 73. Table was ready on arrival and staff most welcoming. We come to The Bell once or twice a year. As always today was brilliant from the moment we were greeted at the bar. We were shown to our table and ordered drinks. Food was excellent. There were 5 of us and we ordered starters and mains. Excellent presentation and cooked to perfection. Fresh and exactly what we've come to expect from eating at The Bell.

We ordered the cod and haddock with chips and were impressed with the generous portions and quick service. The homemade chips were delicious. The next day for lunch, we enjoyed a tasty and filling 4 egg omelette with salad and chips. For Sunday lunch, we had a roast with a choice of pork or beef, both served hot with plenty of meat, vegetables, and delicious gravy. The dessert menu had many gluten-free options, but we were too full to try them. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the pub had a bright atmosphere with well-spaced tables and interesting photos on the walls.

My son and daughter came to visit me and their mother in Wiltshire after she had been hospitalized. After the crisis passed, we decided to treat ourselves to a night out. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere at The Bell, with no loud music to interrupt our conversation. The staff, particularly the younger members, were friendly and efficient. We all enjoyed our meals, with starters of calamari and garlic mushrooms, and main courses of lasagne with dauphinoise potatoes and steamed vegetables, and Thai Cod and Prawn fishcakes.
