The Bealach Cafe And Gallery

Lovely cafe and gallery. Delicious homemade cakes. Great views and sheep coming right up to the window. One down side there is only one loo for all, so the queue is long.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The coffee, sandwiches, cakes, and staff were all excellent. The gift shop and beautiful surroundings only added to the charm. We highly recommend this place.

This cafe is conveniently located with outdoor seating. The menu, though not extensive, offered satisfactory options. The food was nicely plated and the staff was polite. Stopped at this cafe after visiting Applecross and it is excellent. It is is in a new modern building, seating inside and out, staff are extremely friendly and the cake collection was excellent. Barista coffee and great selection of other drinks. I can well recommend, it was first class v

We stopped here on the way to the Applecross pass. Cakes were fantastic. We’d already prepared a packed lunch so didn’t have more-don’t make our mistake! Have a wonderful lunch here and then take cakes for the viewing point at the top. The ladies were super friendly and the strawberry shortcake sandwich was perfect.

An absolute must before or after you do the Applecross to Bealach na ba road (depending on which way you go) is to stop at Bealach Cafe, Tornapress, the vegan food was delicious, really delicious 11/10 The owner was super friendly as are all the staff, plenty of parking, very popular and I can see why, it’s a little Scottish gem Voir le carte

The sandwiches at this restaurant are very good, with a large side of fresh leafy salad. I tried the delicious and generous salmon and cream cheese sandwich on soft white bread. My partner enjoyed the excellent vegetable soup. We finished our meal with some delicious homemade cake and a side of nice leaf tea. Overall, a great dining experience.

We visit Scotland many times a year but mostly in off season so this restaurant is noramlly closed. This visit, it was open and there was no way we were going to pass this one by. Straight in for lunch we went and we were not disappointed. The staff were excellent and the venison burgers were delicious. The cakes, who mentioned the cakes we bought 3 but had to take them away for later (not too much later though! . If you visit, worth having a quick look at the shop some lovely art pieces.

This modern cafe sits at the road junction at the foot of the famous Bealach na Ba...highest road pass in the UK and a stunning drive or cycle...the only road I have seen in the UK that is more like an Alpine pass. The cafe staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming... especially considering the place seems to be constantly busy. They have a great menu which can virtually all be gluten free...what a bonus. Service was very efficient, professional and quick. And the food...wow... beautiful, interesting salad with fantastic gluten free sandwich and lovely coleslaw. They have a huge selection of cakes as well. Top class. Best lunch anywhere in Scotland...ever...5 stars is not enough... don't p... Voir le carte
