My wife and I had a fantastic gluten-free Sunday lunch at this restaurant. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it for the price. The service provided by the staff was excellent. The family who recently took over the Aldwark Arms are doing a wonderful job. Thank you for a superb afternoon.

Brilliant place to eat. Fantastic food and service Only downside was the location. Absolutely amazing, I can't find any fault with this place. This was my first time meeting up with some friends for lunch and it was fantastic. A lovely young woman named Emily greeted me warmly when I arrived late and quickly took my order. I didn't have to wait long for my food. I ordered a fish sandwich with chunky fries and a cup of tea. Emily kindly packed up my extra bread in a little box for me to take home. This meal wasn't cheap, but it was definitely worth it. I will definitely be coming back here. Great job, everyone!

Had a great meal here today. The staff were very kind about letting us stay late due to two of us arriving late delayed by having to re route because the toll bridge is closed please be aware of that. It's a well thought out menu, with lots of choice for people with different dietary needs. And all of us found both our courses to be absolutely delicious if a little too generously proportioned. I was delighted to have more than one vegetarian (in fact, vegan) option to choose from and so tasty and original. Especially loved the mango chutney that came with my starter. And my meat eating other half declared the gravy with his beef main to be the best he has eaten. And that is high praise indee... Voir le carte
