The Beefeater restaurant is well-maintained with friendly and helpful staff. The Christmas decorations added a nice touch. The food and service were excellent, and I would definitely go back again.

Absolutely fantastic evening. The food was fabulous, upgraded to the fillet steak on the Boxing day menu and it was so good. The chef and all the staff did a wonderful job to make the evening very special. Thank you to you all.

I made a last-minute reservation for 6:30pm tonight. Mark greeted us warmly and escorted us to our table. He mentioned that there was a shortage of kitchen staff that evening, so there might be a slight delay in getting our food, but... Voir le carte

The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing. My mom's new favorite dish is the chicken and chips with gravy, while I personally love the chicken curry. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive to all their customers. Highly recommend!

We booked for around 6.30 knowing it would be a busy period but we were looked after very efficiently. as soon as we sat we were asked about allergies and then a drinks order was taken. food came in a very reasonable time and the team made sure we were never half empty with our drinks and that our food was up to standard. overall a great experience and very accommodating in a lovely, clean atmosphere with friendly, eccentric staff. will definitely be returning.

Once again we had a lovely meal out, my sister and I took her granddaughters for lunch, the service was, as ever, brilliant. Mark is the social butterfly of Springwood Park, nothing is too much trouble, Mike, the manager, is also an asset. The food was lovely, the kids loved it, they made a heck of a mess, but it was no trouble for the staff. It was a quiet lunch, but very enjoyable. My sister and I took my granddaughters and great niece as a treat, before they return to school Mark our waiter was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for him, he made our visit special, he delt with my stroppy 7 granddaughter amazingly. He's a credit to the company. The food was very good cooked well, and the portions were large I had the mixed grill and couldn't finish it. My sister had the stake and ale pie she throughly enjoyed it. This is now our 3rd visit for Sunday lunch and Mark has served us every time. The first time we were a group of five and the service was exceptional but better than that we never stopped laughing. His humour was sharp, quick and on point whilst maintaining professionalism. We didn’t expect that he would remember us when we visited again for the second time but we couldn’t have been more wrong. He recognised us straight away and the first words out of his mouth were pure comedy, such was the rapport that was built on our first visit. First time visit has we intended to carry on to poyton afterwards . Has we walked through the entrance we were greeted by mark from Yorkshire. He showed us to a choice of tables and was extremely helpful and very comical too. He quickly got us some menus and took drinks order on his return we had chose are order he took the order which wasn’t a long wait for food was of high standard and presented lovely. During the meal various members of staff came and asked if were happy with our food and also if we needed more drinks.
