"I went for pre show dinner and found it very convenient nearby the Lowry. There are roadworks just outside the hotel at present so it didn’t look great from the outside, but the interior is fresh and modern. Very comfortable dining and really lovely staff. The tapas was tasty and beautifully served. It made a nice change from the eateries close by to the theatre and was only a 12 minute walk along the canals- which was also very pleasant! I would go again."

Food not a bad price for a hotel, nice quality, service great, lovely staff. Didn't have breakfast as I think it is slightly expensive

I stay here regularly. Clean and friendly and a good location on the Quays and close to Old Trafford. Football deals are a regular thing.

I really love the food at this hotel; it's excellent! The staff are also very friendly, and the place is kept very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family! xxx

From the moment we checked in, the hotel staff were rude and dismissive, often referring to guests as "a guy." The food and service were both disappointing, and dinner was absolutely terrible.

"Hearing about a traditional fish and chip shop in Prestwich, complete with a restaurant and bar, and cooking in beef-dripping with the option for vegetable oil (call to confirm vegetable oil availability), I was compelled to check it out. Upon entering the shop, I found myself in the bar area, with access to the restaurant located upstairs. The bar was furnished with tables, chairs, and stools for those wishing to enjoy a drink or avoid the stairs. It is encouraging to see young people engaged in the fish and chip shop trade, potentially leading to more traditional establishments in the future. The cod, although slightly smaller than expected, was delicious and cooked to perfection. The chips were among the best I’ve had in a long time. The pea fritters, black pudding fritters, and tartare sauce were also excellent. In-house pies were available as well, so I sampled the cheese and onion and meat and potato varieties and can recommend both. There is parking available across the street and on-street. However, the opening hours might not suit those looking for a lunchtime meal, as at the time of this review, the hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and closed on Sunday and Monday.
