"Ich war schon oft mit meinem Ehemann und Freunden zu Gast im Corona, heute war es eine einzige Enttäuschung. Ich hoffe es liegt lediglich an den Anlaufschwierigkeiten nach dem Lockdown. Nachdem es sehr lange ging mit der Bestellung, hat mein Ehemann zum bestellten Spanferkel mit Tagliatelle lediglich Tagliatelle bekommen und als er nach dem Fleisch fragte, Schulterzucken, Fleisch sei aus. Das kann man nicht vorher sagen? Dann hätte mein Mann etwas anderes bestellt. Mein Risotto war gut. Ich habe es dann mit meinem Mann geteilt weil er noch Hunger hatte, danach bestellte ich mit noch ein Tiramisu. Ich habe mich richtig darauf gefreut und dann bekam ich drei Gabeln Tiramisu mit der Bemerkung, für umsonst. Ich wollte eine ganz normale Portion und nichts für umsonst. Weil sehr viele Gäste um uns herum waren, habe ich nichts mehr dazu gesagt. Ich werde das Lokal sicher nicht mehr besuchen. Das hätte ich nicht erwartet. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt."

"we have traveled over the change of year and have also grown up. the reception of marianne schlegel was very warm and you quickly came into a conversation at the first coffee. the room was very spacious, impeccable and very nice view.The breakfast buffet is excellent, you are pampered around. for us the offer was more than enough and surpasses everything else you can offer. very many foods have been refined by the cookest of the kitchen and so the day begins wonderfully.The restaurant has only open in the evening, since all dishes are very elaborately prepared and you taste it out too. Therefore, the price finding of the foods on the map for the average guest may give an increased impression, but everything and every single euro is worth - without smashing. the guests have a wide selection of foods from simple to very creative combinations but also the simple asnerschnitzel comes in its kind, like a hammer, therefore - so delicious.The silvestermenu was a dream of a to e.g. very commendable is the wine card, very deep in individual proveniences and partly well available over many years. michael can be at any comfort knowing price. We liked it all around, an absolutely ideal place to relax and get pampered. thanks for the great hospitality, we look forward to the next stay."

"Travelling back from holiday we stopped overnight at a local hotel. Not being too excited with their menu we ventured out and stumbled across Ouzeria. The majority of the tables had been pre-booked but we were offered a choice of those remaining and had a...nice window seat. Menu's only in German but the waiter translated as best he could in his broken English. We settled for the house specials which were the Greek version of kebab. The plates came on which were an assortment of meats all beautifully cooked and seasoned, a helping of tzatziki and some pitta bread. It was very good, and the price was very reasonable as well. Shame i do not think i will be in the area again but cannot recommend highly enough."

"Sadly I wasn't able to eat here but this is a friendly, authentic gastaette a couple of miles off the tourist track. Definitely a neighborhood place - no English menus or anything like that here, but a good example of a neighborhood bar and restaurant that the locals clearly enjoy. I will definitely come back here for food sometime: as well as all the usual German fare there are Afghan dishes (I think the chef is from Afghanistan.) The blackboard advertised cheap weekday lunches but on this weekend afternoon drinks outside were enough for me. Staff don't speak English but a few words of German and a lot of pointing go a long way. Definitely recommended after a walk in the hills above Freiburg!"

"Guten Morgen liebe Leser, am gestrigen Abend ging ich mit meiner Familie, mit 4 Kindern (2 davon noch sehr klein), zu diesem Restaurant und wir haben uns drinnen neben der Tür niedergelassen, wo praktisch jeder Kellner dran vorbeigegangen ist. Zwanzig Minuten warteten auf einen Kellner. Nachdem die kleinen Kinder lauter wurden, beschwerten wir uns, woraufhin ein Kellner kam. Für zwei Flaschen Wasser und 3 Drinks hatte das Personal ganze 20 Minuten gebraucht! Dabei fehlte eine Flasche und auf die Bitte, ob man schon schnell eine Flasche Wasser bringen könnte, da die Kleinen Durst hatten, wurde entgegnet, dass man chronologisch arbeite. Danach warteten wir 54!!! Minuten auf das Essen. Wir beschwerten uns erneut und man meinte, dass wir doch erst seit 30 Minuten warteten. Jetzt kommt der Knaller: Laut hat das Personal bei der Bar über uns gelästert und unser Verhalten als inakzeptabel bezeichnet. Jedenfalls kam dann der Koch und brachte das Essen. Er sagte dann:“ Für die Ungeduldigen!“ und wurde wieder frech. Das ist unprofessionell und äußerst kindisch. Man sollte doch etwas empathisch sein! Sie wollten aber noch einen draufsetzen… Das Essen war unvollständig und nach 20 Minuten voll Rätseln, was die Übrigen bestellt hätten, fragte man zwei meiner Verwandten: „Haben sie nichts bestellt?“ Jedenfalls erhielten sie dann nach 20 Minuten ihr Essen. Das Essen war fabelhaft und sehr köstlich, das muss man lassen. Der Service begann danach auch etwas freundlicher zu werden, das merkte man. Fazit: Grauenhafter und unfreundlicher Service, extrem lange Wartezeiten und gutes essen"
