beautiful pub full character both on the inside and outside. eating service fast and personal is very friendly and helpful. it is worth coming from marlow! and the suppe comes with the most delicious Cheesy appearance I ever had

Only stopped for a drink after a dog walk, really friendly staff who brought drinks out to us, lots of outside seating and dog friendly. The pub was full of people eating Sunday lunch and the food looked great, Will definitely go back to eat Voir le carte

beautiful pub . I stopped at this place last night. asking that I should stay in her parking lot overnight with my campervan. nice friendly staff, eating was excellent and even very quiet, it had a nice atmosphere. you keep on my revisit list when in the opposite.

Had an excellent meal at the Royal Oak. A great sharing starter and a perfect steak. A lovely atmosphere sitting outside in the good weather. Friendly staff. Was told there would be a bit of a wait due to a function, but it was not even noticeable. Very enjoyable and reasonably priced too for Marlow area.

appendix we had a pleasant experience in royal oak. the personal was attentive and the service was good. the food was excellent, especially the steak and the ale Pie and the rebellion camp on tap was delicious. the pub is desfinitiw a visit with a beautiful garden and worth a lot of indoor and outdoor space. We booked the teepee for the whole day for our wedding venue. The whole experience that John and his employees at The Royal Oak gave us was excellent. With the lead up to the venue hire day John and his team took care of everything and on the actual day the food was fantastic and the staff took care of everyone so well. Thanks again!

Attended a lovely meal tonight, so many choices on the menu all sounded delicious it was hard to choose, was recommended the Duck cassoulet by Nola and absolutely delicious. It would be great to have this offer once a month. Staff friendly, smiley and attentive would definitely recommend. I was also informed of the new wine menu coming so will be back to try. Price per person: £20–30

Popped in as we were in the area and went for the special curry. The beef was really tender,slow cooked. With great texture. Nice flavour curry although it was pretty hot which was good for me and my wife. The rice was well cooked. The house wine was reasonably priced and tasted good. They do a few cocktails but didn't have a big range if that is your thing. Theybhd some great dips with apocot and yogurt and a red salsa dip. It just needed a couple of popadoms. The curry was nicee than our local Indian. The pub is pretty old worldy and has nice gardens. We will probably pop back for a Sunday roast some time to check it out again.
