"Yesterday, six of us at the pubgarten had lunch. only a part of it is open to the public, but there are many tables that are socially removed for eating. I like the decoration of the pubs. colorful with black and white photos of historic racing cars. the royal oak is popular with benzinkopfen, whether for the mountain races or for the steam train that swarms past the bottom of the pub garden. the personal was friendly and efficient. matthew was pretty bad! I ate a huge sirloin steak with well-salted chips, gorgeous large field mushrooms and srumptious pfeffersoße at £22. my vater ate the Moroccan lamb tagins around £18. what a great pub. I look forward to seeing you again."

Lovely pub. If you can sit in the conservatory for dinner the views are amazing!! Lovely outside seating area too.

Great pub food. Sat in the dining area with big glass windows overlooking the countryside. Outdoor area really large and nice. Their roasts looked really good but I went for a filled mushroom pasta and it was amazing in a delicious sauce. Managed to book a table for 2 on the day

If I could give 6 stars I would! I had heard about the view. Its reputation didn't do it justice! We were sat in the corner of the conservatory and it was breathtaking. I honestly felt like a VIP all night. The service was great, the food beautiful and there was even a children's menu with a colouring in page.

we had a stop here with the residential property (brit stops). so far the most beautiful place we had. very friendly people, a magnificent view. in the evening we eat in the restaurant. eating was very good and we had a table at the window. we enjoyed it very much. when we come back to england, we'll be happy to come back here.

We were staying in the Winchcombe Camping Caravanning club site tried this place on our last night. It was lovely. Sadly, we weren't able to sit in the conservatory area (it was full) enjoy the spectacular views but the restaurant section was nice too. The food was excellent the service was great too. It's dog friendly inside out. On a nice day, you can see for miles. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Lovely country pub. Great views with fabulous food. The venue is extremely dog friendly. By this I mean you can sit back and relax knowing your dog is in a safe environment and will most likely be petted by the locals with a free treat jar going the extra mile. Congratulations if you have stumbled across this pub and commiserations if you have not and ended up in a nearby village where your dog is more likely to get attacked than petted.

we wanted a nice lunch in a local pub on the way to the sudeley palace. I booked a table. the personal was friendly and professional. the pub itself looks amazing and eating was delicious. we ordered the hamster as starter who was delicious to share. it was well prepared. as if I had the lamb chopper that came out with his jus, potato gratin and crushed heaps. it tasted so good. my friend ordered the falafel salat, who came with pitts brot, hummus, olive, roasted paprika and surgeonettes, and he also enjoyed his meal. we will definitely be back at cotswold.
