We just ate at the restaurant. Very touristy, lots of people in high season, but enough tables for all. It just meals the meal is less intimate. I was only in the restaurant. Service underground. I waited 30 minutes for my latte after waiting 20 minutes to place the order. It's best to get a piece of cake from the buffet, pay directly (that seems to work) and enjoy it outside, without coffee. I was on vacation, Wednesday, good weather. Accordingly, there is a lot going on, but not so much that these waiting times are justified. Of course you pay for the location: 12.70 CHF for a small cup of milk coffee and a piece of flan (cake with fruit).
