"Die hervorragende und wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte Küche lässt einem über vieles in diesem Hotel hinwegschauen. Der Service wirkt vielfach genervt von der allfallenden Arbeit, vielfach ist man auf der Suche nach dem Servicepersonal um die Getränkebestellungen aufzugeben und leere Teller werden nach geraumer Zeit abgeräumt. Allgemein ist der Dienstleistungsgedanke des Hotels fragwürdig (ausgenommen von 2 Servicemitarbeiter, welche mit ihrem Charme die fehlende Service-Qualität etwas linderten. Bereits beim einchecken unserer Gruppe verlief nicht alles rund. So wurde eines der reservierten Zimmer (Colanie Suite downgraded und man versuchte uns eine andere Zimmerkategorie zu verkaufen. Zwar war Küche und Badezimmer schön und modern, der Rest der Ausstattung jedoch veraltet und das Zimmer wirkte sehr dunkel. Die ursprüngliche reservierte Colanie Suite konnte schliesslich doch bezogen werden. Gross, hell, modern und entsprach durchaus der Preis-Leistung. Nebst dem wurde ein Superior Zimmer von einem Preis von CHF 340.00 pro Nacht gebucht. Ausstattung sehr dürftig, minimalistisch und sehr veraltet. Zusätzlich waren die Bettlacken löchrig, Spinnweben hingen in den Ecken und an der Beleuchtung. Für den Preis darf definitiv was anders erwartet werden. Auch das gebuchte Einzelzimmer war extrem klein und wirft Fragen bei der Preigestaltung auf. Gesamthaft war die Preis-Leistung (HP für uns leider nicht stimmig. Einzig die exzellente Küche ist weit über dem Niveau eines drei Sterne Haus. 4* an die Küche"

"we were once again a kronenhof and are still absolutely convinced by the hotel. Unfortunately, the grand restaurant - especially in the evening - can no longer quite keep. during the service there are some employees with weak German knowledge, to some we had to ask for wein, brot or water several times a little while during a dinner. in a restaurant of this category the waiters should have a look for it. once we even had to observe how a table that was not used by the guests left was cleaned back into clean cutlery drawer. I don't have to be. the principals were basically in order, but no surprise. the appetizers were sometimes even sweet and faded, in particular the suppers were tastefully not convincing. completely incomprehensible at the grandiose Italian chef in the kitchen and what he enchants in the kronenstübli for preziosen. the breakfast is basically still very good and rich, but there are no offers like a vital breakfast for sports and/or figure-conscious. for the dinner there is. after eiers is not asked aktiw, there is no card for this. there is also the same thing every morning on the buffet, here could create a bit more surprise a wow effect. in summer you should also be able to eat and dine under the open sky. in principle a pity, in particular in the evening it must be improved, otherwise we need to consider choosing arrangements only with breakfast and going to eat outside."

"today has been returning to the sportstübli for a long time. 2 adult with 2 teenagers, no extravagant eating requests. arrived at 18.50 clock, card fix get 18.55 clock. order picked up at 19.10 clock. then. around 19.40 clock asked if how better tomorrow should come again. 3 apologies of the nice service later, at 20.16 clock, eat on the table. Randen-Tortelloni: semi-gar, lukewarm to cold. vegetarian burger: lukewarm, inedible: broccoli total brown and crumbled by long heat or microshaft, melon carvings tasted like fermented (= well stored melons.) goat cheese dried. court returned to the kitchen for viewing lessons. the engadinerschnitzel qualitatiw ok, but made no love. the mistchratzerli dry with tasteless marroni. a second bottle of mineral water was laid in our table with a closed cover in the past, päng. on the offered coffee for the full-to-face dinner we have voluntarily dispensed with and moved us around 20.50 clock in direction competitive to enjoy a dessert with attentive, authentic nice service and wonderful food quality. lived hospitality and a kitchen that sends each food with love to call into the restaurant, has been our motivation for one or more visits to them since the 90s, whenever we were in the engadin. new decoration alone is unfortunately not enough, even the content should be voting. a lot, lots of air up - in the service as in the kitchen. pity, dear sports ambulance management, they have far away from the former ambiente and especially from the former quality."
