Excellent Chinese food tucked away in a pleasant village location. Delicious choice of meals at affordable prices. Will certainly return for another portion very soon indeed, particularly as we live in the next village. Very handy, very tasty

I love the food here. Very well prepared and very tasty. Great selection served promptly and portion sizes are huge. Great value for money too. Staff lovey and Rose the owner is very sweet. I’ve used them take away too and the food is of exceptional quality!

Called in here very unexpectedly one evening really hungry and ordered some Singapore noodles and some spring rolls. They were just about to close but the young lady was very pleasant and took our order. Both were delicious and d I would definitely use this place again Voir le carte

Third time here. Food is excellent but each time we've been seated near a very large table of drunks who were so noisy that its impossible to have a conversation. We've complained each time to no avail and this time emailed a complaint afterwards which has been ignored. If you want a good night out with conversation go somewhere else.

Ordered a delivery they said 45 minutes it was much longer. Ordered fillet steak in black bean sauce. Absolutely disgusting. Wasn't even black bean was sweet and sour sauce. The fillet steak if that's what you can call it was rank so over cooked and the meat was all different colours so not even sure what it was. Left it all and binned it. Never again would I order from them

There were four of us and it was the first time we had visited. The staff were very warm and friendly on arrival and throughout our visit. The ladies who looked after us Izzy and a lady whose name I did not catch could not do enough for us. They were superb and a credit to the restaurant. The food was absolutely excellent it could not be faulted. One of the party had a Thai Green Curry and he said it was probably the best he had ever eaten. It shows how good the food was as all our bowls were empty nothing at all was left either from the starters or the main courses Highly recommended and we shall certainly be visiting again. I really disappointed that my takeaway was not cooked probably. Chicken balls with the batter not good. Offered a new potion but it's a 20 minute drive back. I was also offered a credit for next time. Very polite lady who was clearly busy to be that bothered. I'm not even sure my next takeaway will be in Colllingham. So not really convinced that I will see my money back. When I have visited the restaurant its been ok but not cheap. Disappointed Rose was able to help take calls or offer a refund. Clearly a phone issue as well as the calls just get cut off. Think a training issue with three youngsters trying their best to manage a busy Saturday

We ordered our meals one chicken dish came out the 10 minutes later 1 chow main came out with a curry sauce which was for a rice dish which took another ten minutes to come out with another chicken dish we ordered plain moddles to come with the chicken dishes which took another 30 minutes to come out after complaining that the chicken dishes were going cold when it finally came out chicken was no longer warm when I was asked if everything was ok I said both chicken dishes were stone cold with having to wait for noddles all I got back was it was little busy thats why food was cold while we were sat waiting four other orders and takeway orders had gone through when you ordered your main you sh...

A first visit to this establishment even though we have driven passed it many times and always said we need to give this a try. it was a Saturday, early evening and there was a good mix of clientele which made for a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly but didn 't seem to know which was our table even though it had been pre booked and how many of us would be there! The Rose Orchard serves Chinese food and traditional ales and spirits, it has a bar area with TV and a good size restaurant/seating area.
