Although we had eaten elsewhere, we would certainly return to this pub, and eating looked wonderful and was quite expensive. the personal worked happy and efficently and we did not experience any delays in ordering drinks, unfortunately the greeting was not so nice in the boars head so that we did not stay!"

Called in today 17/04/22 on the off chance of a table for lunch and from stepping in to stepping out thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Great food and drinks, good prices and very friendly staff. Will come back when passing again.

I stayed at the hotel on May 21st. The room was clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable. However, lunch at the restaurant was excellent and breakfast was good, although the bacon was a bit overcooked. The coffee was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My wife and I enjoy trying out new breakfast spots, and the Rose and Crown exceeded our expectations. I ordered the Titanic dish, while my wife had the traditional meal, and both were delicious. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant. Service: 5 Location: 5
