"I had a terrible service with Rob Royd. Let me share my experience... I made a Christmas order to which it stated on the collection that the store was open from 8am. Arrived for 7.55am and the store didn't open until gone 8.20am. This affected my morning plans. It is absolutely unacceptable. It was Christmas Eve. The people in store were just looking at everyone freezing cold outside and queuing whilst drinking coffee and ignoring us trying to talk to them through the window. There were further issues in store when I tried to collect my order. I got no apology on the day and neither did the other customers. This is unacceptable. I raised a complaint but it was quite clear I was just a nuisance. The complaint wasn't taken serious. I really expected better, especially after being such a loyal customer for many years. Diabolical service by the store Manager Heather and by all accounts by the company owner too."

The brownies and bacon sandwiches are superb as is the farm shop but when I go out for coffee I like it to be tasty and strong the coffee here is tasteless and the noise in the restaurant/coffee shop is horrendous like being in a chicken shed plus there are no windows so thenoise bounces round and round the walls

Went for a Saturday morning brunch. We had the strawberry cheesecake french toast, biscoff porridge, and a mini full english. It was not what we envisioned eating for breakfast but they sounded too good to not try. All of it was lovely, and was definitely refreshing to see something a little different on a breakfast menu.
