"Auf meiner Rennradtour habe ich hier Pause gemacht. Das Wetter war schon herbstlich, mit den Decken konnte man aber noch gut raus sitzen. Schöner Blick auf die Berge. Der Service war besonders aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Germknödel und Kaffee waren sehr lecker. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Gerne wieder."

"the chefin here is already very fast caught and likes to tap the proverbial child with the bath. why? my family and a coworker of mine were last hospitable here. this coworker of me had written an evaluation about the restaurant on google and also mentioned my complaining in the restaurant about the tinted fish pieces in the fish soup, each containing a non-essable solid body. I think that would have been possible to remove the kitchen and say it before place. the service did not take my grade very seriously, but only said that the gassing had to do it itself, but in this tomato-fat soup would give a very nice sour egg, even on the clothes. that was very unsatisfactory for me. also my coworker was not satisfied with the degree of his flesh, but what was done quickly. but after that the court only wounded him, what he did in his estimation, because of which the owner wrote me quite mad, made me stand up and crashed my symlvester reservation there. I find such a behavior very immature and totally overlaid. but good, there are other excellent restaurants here. "Wenn man einmal so richtig grausam schlecht und zu überproportional hohen Preisen essen möchte, dann ist man bei dem neuen Pächter und seinem Koch im Wirtshaus Kematsried bestens aufgehoben. Es begann schon bei der Reservierung. Wir haben Online um 14.00h für den gleichen Abend reserviert. Um 17.30h hatte ich immer noch kein Feedback und rief an. Man sagte mir, dass die Email wohl nicht durchgekommen sei (Totlach! und nahm meine Reservierung für den Aussenbereich auf. Dachte ich. Als wir ankamen war Draußen kein Tisch mehr frei. Im Reservierungsbuch standen wir nicht drin. Aber dafür standen auf ALLEN Tischen „Reserviert“ Schilder. Wahrscheinlich will der Wirt damit eine hohe Auslastung aufgrund der Beliebtheit des Gasthauses vorgaukeln. Sehr amateurhaft! Das Essen wäre auch für die Hälfte des Preises nicht zu ertragen gewesen. Ich hatte ein zwar zartes aber völlig geschmackloses Hirschgoulasch mit einer pampigen Sauce. Hier wäre eine Convenience Sauce aus der Tüte eventuell sogar noch die bessere Option gewesen. Dazu reichte man lauwarmen Rotkohl und anscheinend mehrfach regenerierte schon leicht „knusprige“ Spätzle. Meine Frau aß die beim vorherigen Wirt richtig, richtig guten Kässpatzen. Leider bekam sie die gleichen Spätzle wie ich. Allerdings mit so gut wie keinem Käse (es lebe der niedrige Wareneinsatz . Dieser war noch von derart schlechter Qualität dass man Analogkäse vermuten könnte. Das würde auch passen weil der Wirt neuerdings auch Pizza anbietet, bei der bekanntermaßen häufig dieser billige Käse verwendet wird. Kartenzahlung ist zudem auch nicht möglich. So könnte man,schelmisch gedacht, auch seinen Wareneinsatz optimieren. Wir kommen seit Jahrzehnten jedes Jahr nach Bad Hindelang und haben immer gerne im Kematsried gegessen. Das Wirtshaus war vor Allem in den zurückliegenden 10 Jahren eine halbwegs vernünftige Alternative wenn das einzig wahre Restaurant vor Ort, die Obere Mühle, Ruhetage hat. In Zukunft müssen wir an diesen Tagen wohl selbst kochen oder Pizza holen. Wir warten halt jetzt, bis wieder ein neuer Pächter ins Kematsried kommt. Lange wird sich der bisherige bei dieser Performance ohnehin nicht halten"

"looking for the perfect high-time position for us in the mountains, we were pushed quite randomly onto this alp and were immediately in love. it is so beautiful, the terrace, the inner and then the incredibly warm service couple. after all mass recordings from other places we were immediately clear: here we want to celebrate. the communication personally or via e-mail, telephone and whatsapp ran super, all wish and special requests were implemented and the day itself was just a dream. marcel enchants in his kitchen, everything was so super beautiful with love made to detail, the service is on zack and all that with a crazy passion, even if it becomes stressful. the drinks, gins and mixdrinks are made so beautiful that our company has only drunk gin aperol. after eating all have packed and the little almose turned into a party zone that also worked super. we can recommend the alp for small high-time companies from whole heart and very much like to think about the beautiful day again. thanks marcel dana for the unforgettable day! Of course they can just go to dinner or celebrate all others and they will not be disappointed. we look forward to the next trip. ps: marcel’s imiserschmarrn is really the best! service: din in the meal type: lunch"

"Had dinner here three times during a five-night stay at the Hotel Malerwinkl in Bad Hindelang, Germany. (Zur Traube is just a short p, but steep, walk up the hill from the hotel.) On each occasion the entrees were top-notch. Schweinehaxe in dark beer sauce was the best I've ever had, and other dishes compared favorably. Most dishes included a trip to the salad bar. Some American visitors may be put off by the fact that the salad bar is nothing more than several bowls of assorted vegetables laid out on a long table -- no refrigeration, ice or "sneeze shield", and only one dressing is offered. Understandably, service speed varied with the volume of customers, but was always friendly. Visitors from the U.S. should be aware that American credit cards are not accepted here."
