We took 2 pizzas to go and asked for a Margherita and a Marinara (tomato sauce, oregano, garlic and olive oil, the easiest pizza on earth). Unfortunately, when we arrived at home we found out that the Marinara had seafood (mussel, shrimps, polyp) on it. On top of that, there was a piece of mussel shell.

I love this place. So close to the airport, many hotels close, right accros Ibis hotel. Prices are excellent, actually I would pay for this food even if the prices were double of what they are. Let alone of the taste, texture and quality of the food!!! You have to try to believe it. You would think this type of food you can only expect if three star Michelin restaurants. We visited pizzaeria la piazza which was next door to our hotel. Its easy to access by public transport with the glattbrugg unterriet tram stop outside. There were two of us and we decided to share a pizza, so ordered one, but never mentioned we were going to share. It was probably obvious we were going to but when our pizza was served it had been cut in half for us and served on 2 plates which we were very impressed with as we had never mentioned anything. It was extremely tasty and got to us within about 10 minutes of waiting. Staff we friendly and helpful and the service was great.

Il ristorante si trova dietro l'hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato (Ibis) ed essendo molto tardi, quasi le 22, siamo stati "costretti" ad andarci a cenare... era ovvio che non ci aspettassimo di trovare una vera pizza italiana ma a quell'ora e in quella zona non c'era nessun'altro ristorante aperto. Diciamo che all'estero mi è capitato di mangiare pizze peggiori di questa, è mangiabile ma non la consiglio, soprattutto agli italiani.. però abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che ci abbiano fatto mangiare qualcosa quando ormai il locale stava per chiudere. Per tre pizze e tre bibite abbiamo speso circa 65€, caro ma nella media svizzera.

This is a real hidden gem. Tucked away beside a hotel and at the end of an alleyway we were apprehensive at first but the waiter was amazing. We had originally thought there would be four of us but we ended up a party of eight. everyone was accommodated at the same table. The food was amazing and was prepared to accommodate our food allergies. There was little wait time for our food and it was delivered to our table hot and fresh. The food was so enjoyable we ate here all three days of our visit to Zurich. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying near the Airport in Zurich or to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great dining experience. Voir le carte
