"on 06.04.2013 it was finally time: the 60th birthday of my mother should be celebrated! she had decided to see the lake view in the Grafen-Isang in seeburg. expects a little more than 30 people to be the largest part family and friends. graf isang is a classic departure place where you can also see children after a walk around the seeburger or visit a bike tour. In addition, there are also more often times bigger parties like birthdays, high times etc. instead and do not forget the normal restaurant operation. in the ground floor they go directly into the restaurant area and left into a larger room where on this day also a larger group than our celebrated. they can reach the mountain lake and the lake view. from there they have a beautiful view of the lake, there is also an outside area that is certainly well suited for receptions in summer. in my opinion, the lounge with sea view is very suitable for 30 to 40 people for smaller solemnities. both from the outside and inside, the count isang has a very inviting effect: much dark wood, everything a little more chic, but nothing more protzig. the lake view lounge is a mix of larger dining room and westernbar cuddly, rustic tables etc... I had expected something else, I felt this stylistic break but good because he loosened the whole atmosphere somewhat. as shown on the photo, the three long crushers were covered with fabric serviettes. behind the bar, the service forces were already ready for our event: two older waiters and a young help or accompaniment that seemed somewhat shy. everything seemed neat, welcoming and also solemn. the seat order has already been determined by the hostess. after the longer but somewhat stiff preposition round, I was visibly relieved that two service powers offered champagner with o juice or rhabarber syrup. I felt particularly good how friendly and reserved they had designed the reception and that o juice and the syrup was standing in two small folds with on the tablet and was poured directly fresh. a first plus point! my initial nervousness regarding my first big family celebration with my friend's family was slowly laid up. we have taken over the tabs assigned to us. fun were all guests up to approx. 35 to the childish, our waiters started our wine service. I can't remember if water was already covered, but I think as the recipe was pleasant, not stalked, friendly and inconspicuous. after the greeting and some talks our first step was put on the table. that was a bit chaotic and one after the other at the table would have been more beautiful, but it all got pretty fast their high-time soup. for a clear brew with inlay the suppe was quite delicious, as good as a suppe can taste. through a small walk you came to another larger room where the buffet was built. in a corner the appetizer buffet in which the main feed buffet is accessible from both sides. the hot buffet was chosen of course: homemade barkrouladen, red cabbage, ankle, black medaillons, sweet, cauliflower croquettes. the appetizer was selected more mediterrran: lachspralines, carpaccio with rucola, brotwahl, salat mit dressing, antipastiwahl. I tried everything from the appetizers to dei lachspralines and the antipasti selection. the salad was fresh and well washed, the carpaccio neatly thin and beautifully decorated with rucola and the other appetizers also looked quite appetizing. I am an established fan of homemade bark routine, so I don't forgive when the meat has been fried too long or the sauce doesn't taste. here the bark shops were almost perfect: delicate meat, delicious sauce, and I was even knocked by the self-made and very enthusiastic about the red cabbage. the beats were pleasantly not from the pocket and also not glittering or similar. until now nothing could make my very good impression of the grafen isang cloudy. I dared to be a narr in the second stage: pork medallions, flower-flowered croquettes, sweet. unfortunately I can no longer say exactly what a mushroom sauce with which alcohol was added. However, I remember very well that the sauce was incredibly delicious with a light alcohol note. the flesh was a true denser: delicate, beautiful pink and beautiful brown burnt on the outside I rarely experienced the black medaillons so well prepared! Actually I am not really thrilled by croquettes. they always remind me of the mensa kind of fat, lazy inside. so I in the rule avoid them when it supplements other strength. but this time I was so excited that I wanted to try out the cauliflower caps. I couldn't taste flowers, but I've never eaten such good croquettes, although I'm not a mass because I don't avoid them and that's why I'm not an object. after a reasonable break we turned to the dessert buffet. everything was served in small glass bowls and arranged quite as they know from larger events. the kitchen waited with three different desserts: cream brunette, panna cotta with skyberry mousse and mousse au chocolat milk chocolate. I've never eaten so good cream broth. not only that she looked very wonderful in her little glaze, but also could marvel through her exceptionally good taste! very vanillig, no bit of glute, creamy consistency with a slightly tanned hood through the bottle. simply perfect! on the panna cotta, I can't even stand everything, the quality was good and it's always a super duo with the skybeer mousse. only the mousse au chocolat was really too freky for me and a little more chocolate taste would not have damaged, but this is now probably also almost at high level. little later we were still with round hot drinks by very friendly and attentive service, fresh milk was for example no problem and was brought immediately. the general postprandiale deep widens: but there was still a neat cake buffet. the main part of the torth and cake came out of its own production, only a cake was from the house, I think it was a type of roasted grape variety, but this torte was praised just as the self-retaining qualifies. against 17 clock we were then still very friendly by the service staff, several doggybags for the small hunger packed later, while the gave helped etc. overall we have spent a really very nice day with delicious food and friendly service in pretty environment. the lounge with sea view is perfect for a medium sized society for solemn occasions. it is possible to mount the buffet according to their own preferences and to bring their own food. I really could not have wished a better place for this 60th birthday. there was a lot of praise for the hostess and the kitchen and we felt very comfortable in the Grafen-Isang. I can only thank the kitchen and the service team for this late day in seeburg! I hope next time again a bigger party I'm happy!"
