"Staff Were very Friendly Service was Good, Nice Environment/Atmosphere Food was Delicious however was a bit of A mix up. Me and my Partner Are Veggie/Vegan, I was ordering starters that didn’t have meat but asking for the vegan version anyway just to make myself clear (to avoid a mix up) We ordered vegan pizza, and vegan pasta For mains Though when I Ordered I don’t think I Asked for the pasta to be vegan, but assumed cause everything else was she would put it through The till as vegan It came out and bf tried it first and instantly knew it was real Chicken, we did ask just to clarify if it was and what had happened regarding the mix up, and me And the waitress who was super nice agreed it was both of our fault, she did say she would replace it and get a new one made but I didn’t like to see food go to waste and having worked in restaurants kinda knew it Was just go in the bin, so we just ate it Everything else was great and as I Say the mix up Was my fault so "

Good food and great service, although lack of sound-absorbent surfaces makes it quite a noisy space for one-to-one conversation.

Visited tonight for a family celebration meal and Katie looked after us amazingly! Very friendly and very good at her job. A credit to Prezzo, thanks Katie!

Really great service from our waitress Sophie, food was quick, with the courses spread out perfectly. Food was delicious and drinks were great. Awesome job from everyone!

Ate from a set menu with a voucher, creamy pasta was bland and tasteless, no flavour. Asked to swap dishes and told carbonara would taste the same as it’s the same sauce, so chose a lasagna and this wasn’t much better than a microwave meal.... Voir le carte

Average meal, very welcoming staff. We ordered cocktails then told they were on a two for one so ordered another. I found both very disappointing, both were tepid and unexciting. Not sure if they had seen any ice, maybe came from a ready mixed bottle.

Prezzo is very well managed and the staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. My partner was very impressed with her baked spaghetti carbonara, and I enjoyed my chicken in a bun. I have a problem with mustard, which was swiftly resolved. Our wine was good...

I had the very great misfortune in eating in this diabolical place last night. None of the courses were served together for our table of six. When they did all arrive the quality was shocking. As I was a guest I could say nothing but if I had been paying the bill the whole lot would have gone back and we would have left! DO NOT EAT THERE. Voir le carte

Four of us went for a meal which was a Christmas present. The premises was clean and inviting. When we arrived we were met by Ellie who was our waitress. She was very friendly and helpful. We had three courses all of which were delicious. I was unable to eat all of my pizza and Ellie put it in a box to take home. The whole experience was really enjoyable and we will definitely be back.

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly, the service was good, and the environment had a nice atmosphere. The food was delicious, however there was a bit of a mix up. My partner and I are vegetarian/vegan, so I made it clear when ordering starters that I wanted the vegan version to avoid any confusion. We ordered vegan pizza and vegan pasta for our main courses. When the pasta arrived, my partner realized it was made with real chicken. We asked the waitress about the mix up, and she acknowledged that it was both our faults. She offered to replace the dish, but we decided to eat it instead of wasting it. Everything else was fantastic, and I took responsibility for the mix up.

"We stayed here ten years ago and thought it was wonderful and worth every penny. We were so excited to return, but really Disapointed. The grounds are lovely and we were pleased with our room. The children loved the outdoor space and the pool What really let us down was the food and service. There was no luxury here. The family dining choices were poor. The children's meal was bad one had fish gougons and sweet potato fries which were very salty. The other two had pizza, the small was served as half a pizza, the large was a conventional round shape. Both were shop bought bases (cardboard) with grated Cheddar on the top. Something I would not feed them at home let alone expect in a supposedly high end dining. My husband's steak was chewy. My main, whole plaice with creamed potatoes, the potato was served in a ceramic dish and it was cold. It was taken away and then took ten minutes to return by which point I had eaten the fish. The food was incredibly expensive considering how poor the offerings were. The next day we ate a very late lunch in Bath so we would not have to eat at the hotel. The breakfast buffet area had some nice items but was really understocked and allowed to run to empty. The staff functioned but not at a steady rate, we found the service slow and the staff disinterested. Such a contrast to our previous visit. The person in charge we found sullen and felt as if our presence was an inconvenience. When we walked through to the dining areas we would hop out of the staff'so way for fear of being bulldozed. When we left the receptionist was polite but did not ask if we enjoyed our stay. A week later I had an email to complete a survey and nobody got in touch despite the same feedback as given here. Very dispointing. Lovely room and surroundings but poor food and poor attitude from staff. Last year we stayed in a hotel that cost 65% less than Wooley Grange and had a much better experience."
