Fantastic pub on Poole Quay and amazing display items inside. Great brewery which is Blandford Brewery and meals people had looked amazing

We had the cod and chips which was excellent, the batter was light, crispy and dry. Really generous portions, one of the best fish and chips I have had.

Welcoming and friendly. Staff always helpful. Food is delicious. Sunday roast are always amazing. Booking is advisable to guarantee a table. Definitely one to visit. Voir le carte

What a pub should be. Great insid with decor akin to an olde world ship. With friendly staff and outstanding food it is a real treat. . The standard and quality of the meals (chips to die for) are some of the best we have ever eaten. Highly recommended.

We recently rediscovered the Portsmouth Hoy and we highly recommend it. The food is home-cooked with authentic chips, well-prepared, and served hot. The pub has a lot of character, with numerous naval-themed paintings and models. Good service is to be expected.

During our visit to Poole, my wife and I were recommended this restaurant by the b+b we were staying at. The staff was incredibly friendly and the interior was lovely. The freshly cooked food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend this place! Voir le carte

This restaurant is very welcoming and friendly. Even though I dined alone, I was made to feel at home. Liz, who was working at the bar, was incredibly friendly and made me feel like I was among friends. I ended up eating here two nights in a row because the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. They also catered to gluten-free options, which was a plus.

Really sorry for the late review .This pub is a little gold mine.staff were very friendly and excellent service with a smile. My brother and I had the fish and chips.. wow amazing probably the best fish and chips we have eaten. My wife had the prawn dish and was also lovely. We came back the next evening and my brother had the curry and my wife and I had the home made Lasagna again the food was amazing. Well done to you all. Rod and Jane

What an amazing pub. Not only does it do a great pint of Guinness but the food is outstanding. My husband and I first went to the pub for a drink, when seeing the food menu, booked a table for the following night. White bait as a starter to share, crab soup and mussels for main course. Value for money, taste out of this world served piping hot. Service was so friendly and a cozy atmosphere . Can not reccomend this place enough. Will definitely come back again. Voir le carte
