We visited on a rainy Monday morning, the ladies were really friendly. Food was delicious, really reasonably priced. Definitely visit if you are in the area.

Excellent bike stop for well earned refreshments. Ideally positioned right on the seafront and smack in the middle of Faversham and Whitstable. Very friendly lady

Dog friendly small cafe right next to the quiet sea front of Seasalter. We had full English breakfasts. Lovely food in a friendly setting, followed by a stroll on the beach!

We found this little gem after a walk from Tankerton to Seasalter. We both had scampi and chips which were wonderful. Yea served in a teapot and China cups. Great little family cafe.

Wanted to sit in for a drink and was told to busy as it was breakfast time and not one person sitting at any tables so I could not believe that was the case unbelievable really as businesses have just restarted and you would think...they would be glad of your custom Voir le carte

We were visiting some friends in Whitstable and stopped here for a bacon roll one Sunday morning. We ordered for a takeaway and were told minutes. Off we went for a walk and arrived back on time, but they were very busy and we...waited another minutes. They did apologies. The bacon rolls were very good and probably worth the wait.

Absolutely delightful cafe, very small and at the end of the quite long walk from Tankerton we were just pleased to have found somewhere to sit down and eat. We were lucky enough to table hop and get a table in the sun, quickly...wiped down for us. I had the freshly homebaked quiche salad for lunch, which was perfect, well done to the chef! Friendly staff, excellent value and well worth a visit.

"After never visiting Canterbury before we where looking for somewhere to have a late lunch, we came across this place which looked ok, upon entering the back room we were offered to take a seat in the front area and someone will be with us. We asked what food there was and we where sarcastically shown the food on the blackboard, after choosing what we wanted the polite man went off and put the order in. We did feel that because the man had asked a couple of questions to another member of staff that he was spoke down too a bit. Anyway after placing the order and what we wanted the food came out it wasn’t correct but because it seemed like we were going to interrupt the people in the back room we just took what we had. It was nice food though. When we went to pay we hadn’t noticed that there wasn’t a price list so when we asked for the bill we were told that it was donation, what we thought was enough, it wasn’t posted anywhere and it took us by surprise as we where standing at the till, I was going to pay in cash but was told they don’t take cash so I had to give my donation in card by telling the person how much we where donating. After plucking a figure out of air as we wasn’t prepared we paid and left. Upon leaving we felt that the person we paid thought we hadn’t paid enough and wasn’t happy with the amount but after working out what we would have paid properly we worked out that we had paid more than what it might have been if there was a proper price on everything. Overall it has a great ethos and it’s great for giving people the experience that they need to be in a working environment but they need to show the price or tell customers first that it’s donations and card only."
